Open question to the utd support on here...
What would you rather have?
United finish in the top four but lose to City in the cup final
Or
United beat City in the cup final but miss out on top four?
:spin:
I always thought table was spelt with an a and an e. And is zoo really spelt like that nowadays?
We played well yesterday given that it was a tense occasion; Wolves didn't manage a shot on target while we had 27 in total.
The great Ten Hag has now won more games in his first season than any other manager and he has worked wonders to get us where we are with this squad and the number of injuries and games we've had and played. The return of Garnacho is obviously huge as he is a clear upgrade on Sancho who is nowhere near fast enough or strong enough for the way we play. How the fuck we paid 70 mil for him I do not know, but he'd be better in a tippy tappy team like City.
Anyway, some pictures from the day:

These balti pies are cracking, but like every pie at United, they are nuked to fuck, so it took me 20 minutes to eat the fucker it was that hot!

Cy's mates yam yamming it. Crap atmosphere yesterday, and they made the usual "football in a library" chants although it was hard to understand much else of what they said. :)

Job done. Phew.

It will be nice when you get a c20th stadium :)
Antony's end product, be it a shot or a pass, is utter poo 9 times out of 10.
Said the same about C.Ronnie in his first season, but he was around 14 years old and wasn't one of Brazil's most expensive players ever.
17 clean sheets for De Gea. Winner of the Golden Glove for the 2nd time.
How many howlers? :)
If its any constipation Utd fans imagine what is lik ebeing a lifelong Chelsea fan content until 1997 with rare Euro win but the highs under the "special one" Zola of course and now not a sniff of even Europer Leek
I know City's triumph its possibly the worst other than Pool, as the pleasant pheasant slicer's say it's game of 2 halves.
With the money and fan base it'll turn around so pop up Chitty in Canal St sink one and lose that Glazed look, apparently Harriet is sick as a parrot stuffed with a carrot
Whatever happens I'll be telling the family not to send over next season's home kit for Christmas. :)
The 3rd kit is nice though. Surprisingly.
It also appears to be the away kit from both 2017 and 1989. :)
Reading this morning that United are interested in signing Neymar. Dear oh dear, hopefully that is complete rubbish. Two signings I'd like them to make, firstly McAllister from Brighton to boost our complement of Argentinians (with Martinez and Garnacho), and that great looking prospect, Ewan Ferguson, again from Brighton to take care of the need for a real striker.
They should get Emi Martinez from Villa.
:smileylaughing:
Anthony and Sancho = £180,000,000 purchase price and £550,000 per week salary. That is terrible business for two shite wingers.
Saka and Martinelli = £7,640,000 purchase price and £160,000 per week salary. Two far better players at a fraction of the cost.
I'll be orf now before some nasty Manc starts being abusive towards me... (BTW, the mighty ITFC are back in the championship; our entire squad cost £7.30 and the weekly salary is a Gregg's scotch egg and a scatch card, per player - and they're lucky to get that!)
