That isn't the issue. They are not outlawing substitutions. The issue is players taking too long to leave the pitch.

    Jaysus you're a thick bastard.

The issue is not just about time. It is also about disruption to the flow of the game. Hence FIFA bringing in this attempt at a solution rather than yours, which refs are doing already you silly tit.

And who on earth mentioned outlawing substitutes? That’s so absurd it suggests you realise you’ve made a complete dick of yourself and are now just obfuscating.

You really are being an imbecile today Sybil.

Why? The IFAB have said they are trying to crack down on time-wasting by shortening the distance it takes for a player to leave the pitch.

It's got nothing to do with any 'disruption to the flow of the game'.

It's got everything to do with time wasting, and lack of sportsmanship on show to all viewers, the habit of players walking to the far side of the pitch when they know they're about to be subbed off.

    You pair of clueless numpties.

    Outline summaryof Law changes.

Law 3• A player who is being substituted must leave the field at the nearest point onthe boundary line, unless otherwise directed by the referee

Explanation: To stop a player who is being substituted ‘wasting’ time by leaving slowly at thehalfway line (which is not a Law requirement) the player must leave at thenearest point.
Sourse: IFAB. International Football Association Board.

    http://static-3eb8.kxcdn.com/documen...SinglePage.pdf

    IFAB:

The International Football Association Board (IFAB) is the body that determines the Laws of the Game of association football. IFAB was founded in 1886 to agree standardised Laws for international competition, and has since acted as the "guardian" of the internationally used Laws. Since its establishment in 1904, FIFA, the sport's top governing body, has recognised IFAB's jurisdiction over the Laws

In a way, it’s good to see from your posts that FIFA aren’t the dumbest cnuts watching football on the planet, after all.

You’re plainly an utter fucking idiot.

It doesn't interfere with the flow of the game you twit: Substitutions are made during breaks in play.

Late substitutions are done with one intent: To run down the clock. If they can waste 90 seconds fake-limping off the pitch, they know the ref is only going to add 30 seconds, and that's what happens: The actual time spent is never added back in entirety.

The solution is not to let the player fake-limp to the other side of the pitch: It's simply to stop the clock while substitutions are being made so that there is absolutely no question that a team can gain any advantage by running down the clock.

    Substitutes - Law 3

    Changes

    • A player who is being substituted must leave the field by the nearest point on the touchline/goal line (unless the referee indicates the player can leave quickly/immediately at the halfway line or a different point because of safety, injury etc.)

    Explanation

    • To stop a player who is being substituted ‘wasting’ time by leaving slowly at the halfway line (which is not a Law requirement) the player must leave at the nearest point (as with an injury) unless the referee indicates otherwise, e.g. if the player can leave quickly at the halfway line, there is a safety/security issue or the player leaves on a stretcher. The player must go immediately to the technical area or dressing room to avoid problems with substitutes, spectators, or the match officials. A player who infringes the spirit of this Law should be sanctioned for unsporting behaviour i.e. delaying the restart of play.
    Thank fuck you pair of c u n t s aren't referees.

I think even the people that came up with that are having problems describing how it's gonna work.

Offside is pretty black and white, as the laydees World Cup and the CL semi final that knocked out Manchester Dhabi demonstrated.

You left out IFAB. The governing body that made the rule changes and released the reasoning behind them, that also doesn't agree with you and Numpty 2.

Explaining it to dumb fools incapable of reading between the lines like you will be well nigh impossible, then.

The reasoning for making late substitutes you fucking. Irish cretin is to disrupt the game by pausing time, thus stopping the team who is behind's impetus, the team who have been throwing the fuckin kitchen sink at you to get an equaliser and to buy you time to get your players breaths back
And it also disrupts the other side by nauseating them.. Something you are quite adept at

^^ Completely inapplicable, and you don't even attempt to justify why it is.

You're a dumb square bashing moron.

Chas...this is why I rarely bother with this thick cnut.

He's just a dumb northern dufus who hung around in the forces avoiding conflict.

    Ring any bells?

We thought VAR would clear things up, but we seem to spend more time than ever debating these calls. Especially with the variety of camera angles available.

^^You never, ever back anything you post up.

No evidence that I've back-pedalled at all.

    You just try to irritate.

You're probably like smeg and taxi and just think getting a reply means you've won.

Tedious 'hooked' pics will probably follow from you.

    You're a dim, pointless wanker.

One who clearly has a hard on for me.

It seems that in the moronic world of the comprehensive-educated Dilly and Sybil, the phrase "time wasting" is not to be taken prime facie, but is in fact to be translated into whatever cretinous fucking bollocks the idiots want to babble on about today.

That's what happens when you fail CSE English.
