Hmmm The Arse beat Bayern Munich this morning.
Probably the only time that will happen this season.
How much is Maguire again?
Quote:
(ANSA) - Turin, July 17 - Dutch centre back and former Ajax captain Matthijs de Ligt on Wednesday joined Juventus.
Super agent Mimmo Raiola called his 19-year-old client, who impressed in the Amsterdam club's run to the Champions League semi-finals, a mixture of Pavel Nedved and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Eight-time straight and reigning Italian champs Juve won the race for his services ahead of Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United.
De Ligt could cost the Bianconeri as much as 70 million euros if all add-ons and bonus requirements are met, which is enough to make him one of the most expensive defenders in the history of football.
Gotta love the Magpies fans..

Can someone do the honours :)
Have we done the new rules for the new season yet?
http://www.skysports.com/football/ne...kicks-and-more
This one is probably the dumbest of the fucking lot.Quote:
New law: Players must leave the pitch by the nearest point on the touchline unless the referee allows them to leave on the half-way line for safety or injury reasons.
Why? The IFAB have said they are trying to crack down on time-wasting by shortening the distance it takes for a player to leave the pitch.
Just stop the clock from the time a substitution is called to the time the ref is ready to restart play.
If there is no advantage to be gained by shuffling off slower than a fucking snail, players won't bother doing it.
It's done to break up the play. As the rule was previously, the time was already made up before the final whistle.
But it still hampered sides looking for a point or three if the play was stop-start, hence the rule change.
Happy to help with anything else you don't understand about the beautiful game.:D
Very unhelpful, when dd you last watch a game in the UK?
Yet more obvious bullshit from you.
^^:D
So, you don’t think a main aim of late in the game substitutions is to break up the game?
You must get your footie knowledge from The Hindustan Times.
Oh, and thanks for the tip, chas.
I’ll bow to your superior knowledge of overpaid boys.
