Yep. Ready to roll with no City or Liverpool players allowed in my team.
I don't think I'll be winning it. ;)

First goal of the season goes to Hanley of Norwich :smileylaughing:
have to feel for Norwich, that is tough opening game - they are about staying up - sorry Guzzi - hope it don't get too ugly
Poor finishing and even worse defending. They've looked ok going forward, but I haven't seen defending like this since the last time the Jones 'n Smalling show was rolled out.
On the plus side, it won't be games like this that decide their season.
I'll tell you what, in recent times I haven't seen Liverpool cut open as much as they were tonight either; they looked very suspect at the back and, with better finishing on the Canaries' part, that could have been a lot closer.
And a welcome back to the greasy chip butty song from the Blades:

Although I suspect that the greasy chip butties, woodbines and pints of Tetleys will be mostly for drowning their sorrows this season before their inevitable return to Division 2 (and before you start mithering, it will always be division 2 to me).
Good to see the Norwich scum get slaughtered, long may it continue. I very much hope they get relegated along with Brighton and Arsenal...

The big game is at the Mecca of football today, here's a preview:

Could be a few games in which they score but lose by some margin, or maybe they will switch to the 9-0-1 formation with Tony Pulis at the end of November.
I wouldn't write Norwich off yet. They won the second half yesterday, had 12 shots on goal and were missing 2 Central defenders and a defensive midfielder.
Theyll turn Newcastle over next week
Much as I hate to say it, they may stay up. Well organized with a few decent players, they'll get some results here and there.
Norwich are a half decent side, but they only have the one way of playing. Their defence is very suspect and hasn't been strengthened. Farke isn't worried about relegation. He is secure whatever happens.
Liverpool are scary good if you allow them to play, which the Norwich system encourages.
For Hal, it won't be Tetley's, It's a gallon of Magnet. An IPA. :)
Liverpool had the game in the bag and eased off.
Norwich had two months to prepare for that game and must have been told not to let Salah run in behind and to defend corners aggressively.
The cross for van dijk's goal would have embarrassed a league two defence. Floated in and he had all day.
Bollocks to being great to watch....survival and getting the basics right is key.
5-0 to Man City!
West Ham 0 - 5 Manchester City
Where's that bouncy fuker, he's normally quick to let us know how well the ME team has done - puncture perhaps.
I'm currently watching Ipswich v Sunderland on iFollow TV, cost 5 Great British Pounds. It's like a fella in the stadium with a camcorder and a mic that doesn't work properly. I rarely see worse Youtube productions; laughably poor...
Anything Liverpool can do, We can do
BETTER!!!!:bananaman:
