^ Chin up Ant ... they usually have a good start to the season ... then tail off.
Plus that are strong at home.

^^ Thanks TizMe for the thread

TizMe I'd really like to see the Tigers have a good season too, if they finish the year with more points than the Panthers would be the icing on the cake. I really liked Ivan Cleary till he pulled a total cvnt act and moved back to the Panthers, where Gould will sack him before his contract ends. Again.

That's the problem. False dawn after false dawn.

No Johnson this year either. Wonder how that will play out.

I have a confession to make.

Not often am I star struck, but I saw a RL Immortal earlier this year.

For reasons unknown (we didn't send the Boys to a 'rich' school) but Mal's boy is at our school.

Not only our School, our Prep Year AND in my Boys Class!

Mal's a BIG unit, not so tall, but shite he's solid.

He asked me for a selfie. David being a famous Wests (BNE) 3rd grade footy player an all

I was in a shop in Brisbane once in the 90s when Gene Miles walked in and stood beside me. He sure looked way bigger standing next to me than on the telly.

First game of the regular season tonight/this arvo.

Rugby League 2019-nrl-storm-png vs. Rugby League 2019-nrl-broncos-png

    Should be a cracker.

No Slater and Cronk's gone - Bronco's under a new coach.

No rain in Melb and a cool night (down to 12C)

EDIT ... apparently MLB have won 16 from 16 of their 1st round games ... amazing stat (if true)

    Bulldogs copped a hammering.

Seems like it is going to be a long season for the doggies and me.

Fuck the Warriors... Just fuck them.

Twenty-five seasons of this utter shite is just too much. I'm done, not going to waste another minute of my life watching / supporting them.

The Dogs are barking again and beat the Tigers easily.

    Next week the Storm.

    Go the Doggies!

Doggies look like they have a couple of crackin' young recruits.
Just a pity they fired on all cylinders against my Tigers.

^Yeah they looked much better, which wasn't hard. Foran finally played one game to the standard of a decent NRL half, only to hurt his ankle and be out now for up to 3 months. His body and mind aren't up to it at this level.

Really hoping the Tigers can bounce back from last weeks disappointing display and put 50 points on the Panthers this week .

I watched the video of Michael Maguire giving them all a spray after the match.
I think they'll be too scared to repeat their bad performance.

TizMe ... have any hair left?

How did WT lose that game?

Apparently that's 6 golden point games lost in a row.

Thought you guys were the best team for 70 mins ... just unlucky on the night?

    9-8.

It was being played in Penrith so the home team won!
