Yah!. Its been a good weekend for the Tigers (except for one of our favourite sons Robbie having a broken leg).

We came into round in 11th place, with panthers and knights just ahead of us.
Panthers first got done by the Cowboys and then the Tiges put 46-4 on the knights in a fantastic display.

So we are now in 9th, on the same points as the Panthers, but 67 points better in the for/against thanks to tonight's effort.

Still in with a chance to make the finals. If they keep playing like they did today, Dragons next week shouldn't be a problem, then just the Sharks to go in the last round.

    Fingers crossed...

If fully fit the Roosters win again. Raiders had a good year but they make too many errors. Sea Eagles rushing defence messed up their attack last game and other coaches will see that.

Jorge Taufua - big hits against the Storm.

Pity he didn't snap Munster in half....

    ^^ Watched that game ... was a bone-cruncher.

    ---

Five field goals in a single NRL game ... never seen it till the Sharks/Raiders game.

Tigre's played well to keep their season alive.

Momirovski has been improving every game.

He scored 3 tries and kicked 7/7 goals

Warriors are good for 20 mins a game. Typical Kiwis.

    Eels 1.65
    Manly 2.24

Manly were awful against the Storm after a good win over Raiders. Lockyer reckons Turbo is worth 12 points.

    Eels were robbed last week.

My team the Bulldogs were running last for most of the season and then come good at the end.

Due to some terrible refereeing decisions they could have made the last 8 and given it a shake.

Anyway a young improving team to have a few bob on next season I reckon.

And Melbourne will win it if you know who stays fit. He is the best referee Melbourne have ever had.

Calm down, calm down, they'd get lit up by 40 points against any of the top 4 teams. They did play ok towards the end of the season and Dean Pay deserves a medal for getting a few late wins out of what's a very ordinary squad though. And they'll be an ordinary squad next year too, and the year after that, and until they get their full salary-cap spending money available again and buy a few decent players.

On that note, it amazes me when a team like the Dogs gets pinged for over-spending their 9.8 Million dollar cap (or whatever it is) yet there's nobody in the team that's any good. When Melbourne got pinged they had players like Smith, Cronk, Slater, Folau, Ingliss, etc, and it was obvious some creative accounting must have been going on to have so many Superstars. The Dog's had the likes of Kieran Foran and Arron Woods as their big guns when they got busted, WTAF?.

Must be the worst purchases in history.

And they let a few of their best players go.

Anyway Melbourne for sure this year and to play the Roosters in the final if Cronk remains fit.

Parra could be good next year if they have bought well. Dogs have good defence but not much in attack.
