Good grief that is terrible. Go into the next game in the league off this, surely its better to go into the next game on a high with a final to look forward to.

Is De Gea doing a Grobelaar?

Otherwise he should consider changing his footwear.

And why hasn't Greenwood got a nickname?

    They keep calling him "Mason".

Surely "Masey" or "Greeny" or "Woody" would be more appropriate.

No wonder he's having such a terrible game.

Unless it's the other one, in which case "Mounty" would be splendid.

This beating had been on the cards the last couple of games.

Hopefully there's enough in the tank to do what needs to be done in the league.

paperboy error - they need the euphoria of a win and a final to see them through the next two games, instead they have given the teams a coaching lesson om weaknesses. Poor IMO.

17 nil up in the Europa league.

1 win off next season's CL. Bar defeat to lose-ter. (I'm willing to play in goal, if asked.)

    It's all good. :-)

Good for Chelsea, Arsenal, and their 50 quid FA Cup prize money.

    Poor! Poor! Poor!

1 defeat in 20, mind, but it had been on the cards for a couple of games, Lu.

We look leggy and tired though. Je suis concerned going into the final week.

That said, we've been on a great run and at least I'm not a West Brom fan who spends his miserable life picking fights on a Thai forum day in day out.

    Things could be worse.

used to be...my mum hated all the slang and stuff from London and i'd get a clip every time. its funny with Chitty's thread, when she got angry she'd trip into Welsh slang and swear words, bless her and God rest her soul. i miss being berated in Welsh. She had a telephone voice which was pure Queens English..funny too as i used to crack up and get the eyes flashing when she went posh and as soon as the phone went on the cradle we roared with laughter.

And the best bit is that thanks to us, now the tiny totts have to play three knockout qualifying games to get into the Yerpa League.

    • Ordabasy Shymkent (Kazakhstan)

Surely harriet was relishing the journeys and general disruption rather than the quality of the opposition.

Precisely. A couple of trips to Kazakhstan and one to Azerbaijan would do nicely.
