Group A: Atletico Madrid, Borussia Dortmund, Monaco, Club Brugge

Group B: Barcelona, Tottenham, PSV, Inter Milan

Group C: Paris St-Germain, Napoli, Liverpool, Red Star Belgrade

Group D: Lokomotiv Moscow, Porto, Schalke, Galatasaray

Group E: Bayern Munich, Benfica, Ajax, AEK Athens

Group F: Manchester City, Shakhtar Donetsk, Lyon, Hoffenheim

Nice new earlier KO times for two of the day's games, for those of us in Thailand.

Messi doing what he does (1-0 up against PSV) and Spurs doing well enough (0-0) in the San Siro at half time.

While some have to service 2 Nigerian nongs before restart I'll settle for a hobnob and a glass of Gemmel Dansk bitter snaps, Spurs to lose Barca to progress

Poor ol' Spurs, leading until the 85th minute, then losing.

Decent win for Liverpool 3-2 PSG.

Don't think there's a Zlatan thread (just don't tell him that), so will stick his 500th goal in here.

    Not bad.

An inauspicious early bath for Ronaldo, who might now miss the visit to the Theatre of Dweebs.

And Lyon are winning 1-0 at some old commonwealth games stadium.

    Manchester Dhabi embarrassed at home.

Juventus recovered from Ronaldo's tears to win 2-0.

Easy for Utd, 3 wins in a row now (all away from home).

Would be a shame for Ronaldo to miss both United games.

They have a bigger fan base than Abu Citeh and actually managed to fill their stadium the other night whilst you were getting a better atmosphere than the Emptyhad in the Wetherspoons in Stockport.

And.. You can onLY beat whats in front of you which in your case is normally the tv remote

40,000 localfans for a mid week game when it's pissing down is reasonable.

City have a lot of games this season and it can cost a small fortune going to them all, so some local fans have to be selective.

Doesn't matter about the other lot as their fan base is from London and they're all coined up Cockley bastards with a liking for prawn sandwiches.

We only sell pies at the Etihad! Proper local fodder for local people.

You wouldn't know that coz your stuck in your fvcking armchair next to the fridge stuffing your red Rag face

The cheapest season tickets in the prem last year, only overtaking Huddersfield this year after a tiny price hike.

That price is for a season ticket at the top of the South Stand, the seats no one wants. They are generally sold by agencies and ticket master to one match wonder fans and Chinese tourists. The sort of fan that will go to one match every ten years, take a selfie and show everyone on social media what a proper fan they are. You know the type every club has them

The proper fans have to be selective with a big club like City as they have so many fixtures in many tournaments.
It can anything up to £15k a year to follow all their games.
I'm taking about travel, parking, pies etc etc.

A 1st/2nd tier season ticket at City can be anything up to £800.
Selective unreliable cockwomblism in those copy and paste articles.
You wouldn't know that though stuck in your armchair next to the fridge with your sticky remote in your hand, wearing your beer stained last season's Manure Utd top.

So you're saying all of Abu Citeh's fans are not even from the same City as the only team in Manchester then?

I guess you see many of these glory grabbers with their blue scarves hanging out of their windows on your drive back to Stoke
