Annual Phuket rugby 10’s tournament kicked off today.

The track looks like a fast one mate.

Not a lot of grass coverage.

It’s actually artificial turf but hard to tell from that shit pic.

I have the grazes to prove it though. After 30min searching still not found a body part that’s not currently hurting either.

Have lost a bit. Significantly less than previous years though.

Somehow all three Phuket teams have made the finals which means I have another game to play.

Yay.

So against all form and logic we (Phuket Vagabonds) managed to clean sweep the tournament: Vets Plate; Cup; and Open.

As captain I even got a nice faux-gold trophy (no shit pics because creepy-arse weirdo stalkers )

Do they not play with the oval ball oop Norf?

The Vagabonds are a team of individual tourists?

I’ve played for CM as well in both rugby and cricket so I guess technically but not really but I’ll claim it anyway that qualifies me as a double provincial rep.

Main team here is mostly South African imports but the others are a mix of locals, expats and fly-ins like myself.
