I'm sure there will be many comments regarding his 22 year tenure as well as speculation over his replacement.

If you read BBC sport, you will have seen shit loads of speculation in the last month or more on his replacement. Seems Arsenal and Chelsea have been contacting a lot of people about their managers' replacement.
I have a feeling the small vocal amount of Arsenal supporters Piers Morgan being their main cheer leader who have been calling for him to resign for a few years now will regret he has gone next season.
To be fair Wenger and Ferguson had shed loads of money to spend on the best players available over the last 20 years and the results went their teams way.
Now we have seen the same with Chelsea and Man City more recently and although I will probably be berated I see the managers having little to claim with what goes down on the field.
Wenger, along with Ferguson and more recently Mourinho are theatrical on the edges and add a bit of colour and spice to the after match game but it is the players and coaches that make a great side.
If I was a shareholder of Arsenal I would have sacked him 5 years ago.
Better that he's walked before he was sacked, and I'm sure even the most ardent members of the Wenger Out crowd will give him the send off he deserves in his final game.
Brendan Rogers (!) and Thomas Teuchel currently head the betting.

Monsieur Wanger is being sought By Slyamese immigration having all the most desired qualities according to Walter Kronk Tight
Gruff manner
Surly smile
Good at transferring foreigners who like to be pulled off at half time
A hard act to follow whatever happens. Rogers is certainly not the answer.
His time at Liverpool proved that. Success at Celtic doesn’t really count because Scottish football has been a one horse race since Rangers got burned.
His euro pedigree alone should excuse him from the Arsenal job.
That leaves them looking for a youngish thruster from the euro leagues. Maybe someone with a similar background to Klopp?
Moyes is the man for the job
If Arsenal are lettig him go, they already have a replacement. They will let us know who when they feel the time is right.
