    Demko lights out.

Pettersen is looking much better. A good game, one penalty on each side. Too much icing.(not enough cake)

Who scored the imaginary 6th goal?

That's 8 out of the last 9, and one game back of .500. Starting to have faith in making the playoffs.

    ok fuck, it was 5/2.

The Leafs are gonna be tough to win against on Saturday. But anyway, so many bandwagon jumpers were saying that this roster was hopeless. I knew they were under performing. Tyler Myers has been a beast.

Yeah he has. Green held him back, and he's finally free to bring the puck in and earn his money.

Another good show guys. I think they should put the old 649 line back together for the power play. Does Petterrson ever put in a shift longer than 30 seconds. Chaisson has to go.

They weren't the ones who made the decision. And the games are postponed, not canceled. And you're being hysterical again.

Cancelled , postponed semantic bullshit. Point is, there is no game when everyone thought there was going to be one.

No, the point is that it was the NHL that postponed the game. Dr. Bonnie was going to let it go ahead with full capacity.

I think it very odd that the games for the American games seem to be getting the go ahead while all Canadian teams are locked down. As fans we have to demand to know what the criteria is for each and every game they cancel. This idea that a game is cancelled based on some subjective appraisal of 'how the protocols might affect the outcome of the game' is nonsense. It causes me nothing but sorrow to have to keep understanding what a serious friggin socialist Nanny State that Canada is. I'm surprised the 'authorities' haven't yet cancelled Christmas. Wankers!

You're being hysterical again. Not all Canadian teams have had their games postponed, and quite a few American teams have. The nanny state "authorities" didn't postpone the games, the league did.

What do you want them to do Russell? When a whole team eventually tests positive, do you want to ice a team made up of AHL players, and then when they all test positive, bring up Junior players? Get a fucking grip, and don't forget to breathe or you'll stroke out.

Are you banging Bonnie on the side or what. I think what he was saying is that everything has been inconsistent.

I'm just not sure that the folks who make the decisions understand how important it is, especially in the cold and frozen north, that the games go on. I'm sure there of tens of thousand of fans really bemoaning these cancellations and uncertainty. A hockey game in the evening on these brutally cold nights is almost a necessity for life to go on. There are many decisions being made around the entire of C0-Vid regulations that really seem to underplay the mental health considerations of those decisions. I think we are now into very precarious territory in this regard.

You are correct in most of your comments here. To argue otherwise would be irrational.

I'm thinking that five regular players out would qualify for a cancellation. I am not opposed to greater use of AHL players. Juniours are off the table of course.

Anyway I'm really hoping we get back to 'normal' fairly soon.

Read his post again dummie. This has nothing to do with Bonnie. Covid is inconsistent, and not all teams are currently affected by it.

You're both bandwagon jumpers who haven't watched the Canucks in years, and now they're on a streak you think your opinion matters.

I've been watching the Canucks since I returned from Thailand around eight years ago. I think one would have to be very horny to be wanting to bang Dr. Henry. I have never had any false notions about my opinion mattering. On the bright side I think we finally have a decent coach behind the bench. Just two points out of playoff range. Lots to look forward to. The best of the season to you both.

haha I was a hardcore fan that watched every single game from around 2007 to 2014. I fully admitted to taking a few years away from the game after that because it was effecting me personally. When we lost in that playoff round against the Flamers and then dropped in the 2015 (yay Joulevi) draft thanks to the new Oilers rule, it was too much for me.

Do you even have a Canucks dot com forum account ? I was on the now defunct Canucks Central forum since 2010 and have had a CDC acct since 2014

I would never have a Canucks forum account. Vancouver fans in social media are some of the worst out there. Most of them know fuck all about hockey, and are the most hysterical knee jerkers there are. A lot of them scream for a player to be traded when he has a 3 game pointless streak, or a coach to be fired when they lose 3 in a row. The fact that you post on them doesn't surprise me, and makes me less likely to sign up.

Good for you socal, a fan for 7 years out of over 50. A real superfan lol.

No cross border games until after Christmas, I'm guessing until at least into the New Year.

Things aren't looking so good for this season, certainly if we're talking about an 82 game season.

I hope we aren't heading for another bubble.

We fuckin damn well better not be. Rogers Place will be running at 50% now. Aqualini can blame himself. Just when he thought he was going to make some money back. They are pushovers.

Theoretically the next game could be the 27th against the Seattle Cracken
