Another win. 4 in a row
Demko lights out.
Pettersen is looking much better. A good game, one penalty on each side. Too much icing.(not enough cake)
wins in a row.
5/2 over the Sharks. Unreal.

Another good show guys. I think they should put the old 649 line back together for the power play. Does Petterrson ever put in a shift longer than 30 seconds. Chaisson has to go.
Dr. Henry and Adriene Shithead power tripping. Fvcking socialist hordes. Any statement on the cancellation?
I think it very odd that the games for the American games seem to be getting the go ahead while all Canadian teams are locked down. As fans we have to demand to know what the criteria is for each and every game they cancel. This idea that a game is cancelled based on some subjective appraisal of 'how the protocols might affect the outcome of the game' is nonsense. It causes me nothing but sorrow to have to keep understanding what a serious friggin socialist Nanny State that Canada is. I'm surprised the 'authorities' haven't yet cancelled Christmas. Wankers!

A true diplomat is a person who can tell you to go to hell in such a manner that you will be asking for directions.

You're being hysterical again. Not all Canadian teams have had their games postponed, and quite a few American teams have. The nanny state "authorities" didn't postpone the games, the league did.
What do you want them to do Russell? When a whole team eventually tests positive, do you want to ice a team made up of AHL players, and then when they all test positive, bring up Junior players? Get a fucking grip, and don't forget to breathe or you'll stroke out.
I'm just not sure that the folks who make the decisions understand how important it is, especially in the cold and frozen north, that the games go on. I'm sure there of tens of thousand of fans really bemoaning these cancellations and uncertainty. A hockey game in the evening on these brutally cold nights is almost a necessity for life to go on. There are many decisions being made around the entire of C0-Vid regulations that really seem to underplay the mental health considerations of those decisions. I think we are now into very precarious territory in this regard.
You are correct in most of your comments here. To argue otherwise would be irrational.
I'm thinking that five regular players out would qualify for a cancellation. I am not opposed to greater use of AHL players. Juniours are off the table of course.
Anyway I'm really hoping we get back to 'normal' fairly soon.
I've been watching the Canucks since I returned from Thailand around eight years ago. I think one would have to be very horny to be wanting to bang Dr. Henry. I have never had any false notions about my opinion mattering. On the bright side I think we finally have a decent coach behind the bench. Just two points out of playoff range. Lots to look forward to. The best of the season to you both.
haha I was a hardcore fan that watched every single game from around 2007 to 2014. I fully admitted to taking a few years away from the game after that because it was effecting me personally. When we lost in that playoff round against the Flamers and then dropped in the 2015 (yay Joulevi) draft thanks to the new Oilers rule, it was too much for me.
Do you even have a Canucks dot com forum account ? I was on the now defunct Canucks Central forum since 2010 and have had a CDC acct since 2014
I would never have a Canucks forum account. Vancouver fans in social media are some of the worst out there. Most of them know fuck all about hockey, and are the most hysterical knee jerkers there are. A lot of them scream for a player to be traded when he has a 3 game pointless streak, or a coach to be fired when they lose 3 in a row. The fact that you post on them doesn't surprise me, and makes me less likely to sign up.
Good for you socal, a fan for 7 years out of over 50. A real superfan lol.
No cross border games until after Christmas, I'm guessing until at least into the New Year.
Things aren't looking so good for this season, certainly if we're talking about an 82 game season.
I hope we aren't heading for another bubble.
