    The Premier League 2023/2024

Time for the whole circus to start afresh with Burnley, Sheffield United and Luton (peace be upon them) joining the trough I mean er fray.

And of course it's the one time of the year I can guarantee Arsenal are top of the table. Although no-one appears to have told them about relegation and promotion in this graphic.

    The Premier League 2023/2024-untitled-jpg

Managerial and Player transfers and gossip here if you'd be so kind.

I think the biggest story of the summer will be whether Harry Kane stays or goes. Think where the tiny totts would have finished without him....
The next post may be brought to you by my little bitch Spamdreth

The 2023-24 Premier League season dates have been announced.

Fixtures for the 2023-24 Premier League season will be announced on June 15, 2023.

The 2023-24 Premier League season will start on the weekend of August 12, 2023. The last day of the season will be May 19, 2024, when all teams will play at the same time.

The Premier League’s “winter break” will also come back, as all clubs will have either the weekend of January 13 or January 20, 2024, off. The way that will work is that all games will be scheduled for January 13, and then with the so-called
“October 11” TV fixtures announcement, half the games will be moved to the following weekend, thus giving all clubs one week off.

    2023-24 International Breaks

There will also be international breaks, with no games in the Premier League, during these weeks of the 23-24 season:

    • September 9, 2023
    • October 14, 2023
    • November 18, 2023
    • March 23, 2024

No point even playing the season.

Just give the trophy to the great Ten Hag now.

Good chance of them being promoted, that's for sure.

I think he's got a couple of years left on his contract so not quite so urgent.

Meanwhile, Sky reckon the tiny totts are after the fat bubble from the kiddie fiddlers as their new manager.

    Comedy gold.

It looks like the tiny totts have actually signed him on a two year, with one year option.

And Brendan Rodgers might go back to the bead rattlers.

Possibly (probably) the worst player in the Premier League last season (& that includes that awful lanky Leeds forward). Has been crap for Korea too. If Tottenham can get any money for him - out him. Kane is gone. An entirely new team and approach is required.

Luton to be relegated by getting the least number of PL points ever.
    Cycling should be banned!!!

Well Declan Rice is getting a pay rise. According to the WHUFC chairman:

"We offered him £200,000-a-week 18 months ago. He turned it down."
Added: Dunno why he doesn't just see out his contract. He could pocket a 50m signing fee AND a fat wage. He's only 24.

Probably doesn't fancy another relegation scare, when he could be a runner up with Arsenal.

    Fixtures are out.

Arsenal start at home to Forest, but this is the bit that caught my eye:

"....in a game that will be shown live on TNT Sports".

    Had to look that up:

The Premier League 2023/24 fixtures have been released and TNT Sports will kick off a new era for the channel on 12 August.
Following a Eurosport merger, BT Sport will change its name to TNT Sports.

A BOSS of a Premier League football club has been quizzed under caution over a historical allegation of rape, we can reveal.
The well-known football figure raped a teenage girl a number of years ago, it is being alleged.
