Those coach graphics are a tad provocative. Perhaps they should use public transport?

You guys are funny. Kindly enlighten me, what are the differences among scouser, chav, pikey & limey?
I'm more familiar w/ US slang like redneck & trailer trash.
Ta.
^Despite being owned and funded by Arab oil state, the Manchester City fans are mostly new breed Chav, pikey scum. They joined the city following after the owners bought success by outspending all other clubs in the league.
Man Utd fans tend to come from anywhere outside Manchester. They enjoy slumming it in style with prawn sandwiches.
Limey is American slang for any Brit, popular as both a derogatory insult and a term of affection during WWII.
Scousers hail from Merseyside, home of the Beatles. Cheeky thieving dole bludgeons is a common epithet. They come in all shapes and sizes, but are also renowned for their humor and a warm welcome.
Generalisations will have to do until you meet a real one.
Scouser = Liverpudlian. From Liverpool.
Accent is called scouse and is mainly spoken through their nose.
Chav: Council estate waster, best set of clothes is a tracksuit. Grandparent by age 35.
Pikey: Gypsy.
Limey: Allergic to soap.
Also akin to not understanding a joke.
And actually it comes from around 100 years before WWII. When the British navy would carry limes in order to ward off scurvy in the mid 1800's.
Six yellows for City.
Who do they think they are, Stoke?
Where is Chitty today?
He should be awake now with the cancellation of last nights party
Chelsea are still Premier League Champions
^ Chitty's back to supporting them from today on.
Cracking game though.
Chitty last seen in kebab shop @ 9.30pm
Thanks for the explanation, Switch & Lulu. Interesting bit about the limes carried in ships to ward off scurvy (yeah, scurvy was a major problem for sailors in olden times).
Because of this thread, I clicked the CNN story about the loss of Man City to Man Utd. Lol. I don't follow football, but I know Beckham played for Utd. I think Ronaldo did too?
I remember the scene from the movie Euro trip - the Man U fans in their own bus and engaging in a fist fight later in the movie. So were those scousers, chavs or pikeys? (To those who have seen the movie)
Again, thanks in advance.
