Isn't the Government leaning on the FA to push them to feed more cash to lower leagues.....all about a decade late.

The Football league is barely better than FIFA these days.

1. Clubs bought by Terrorist Sponsors or American Sports Conglomerates neither of which give a fook about the game just the cash or trophies.

2. The FA so in bed with these despot owners that as long as they keep paying back handers (unproven) they will never act in the interests of the game, the fans or the lower leagues.

3. Players largely turning up for teh money and trophies - pay lip service to the team and its history, AND will do anything on the pitch to cheat.

4. The fans of these teams bought by despots no longer care that their clubs is owned by terrorists, murderers or moneymen so long as they win at all costs.

God bless the Mercan sports model.

Its a sad state of affairs but one wholly driven by money.

Oh I don't think he was anywhere near half a million a week.

This merry go round just made a huge leap.

We may actually see transfer fees dip and wages go even higher.

Mbappe for a start and then the PSG owner will want a marquee signing to replace him (Lewandowski being mentioned).

Not many clubs are going to be able to meet these demands and we know who they are.
