Tail end now
Apropos of nothing: I wonder what's happened to Haseeb Hameed?

Gonna be released by Lancy next month. What a fall from grace that's been.
Can Leach save England again?
She's warming up ...
Best team won.
Well done to ‘em.
Well, at least England made a fight of it in the end and, while it's never nice losing against this lot, they've deserved it and have had by far and away the player of the series.
Fuck.
Now the questions begin. What next for In-ger-lund?
Mark Taylor, in his commentary was waxing lyrical of the Captaincy of Tim Payne in this, the 4th Test.
Yeh, maybe, a little improved.
But TBH, he's got the hugely experienced Steve Smith @ 1st Slip giving advice which was absent in the 3rd test.

Irony was that Labuschagne, the Batsman bowling spin to the Spinner turned Batsman ... and got his wicket.
Classic
I'd imagine the Aussies will be sinking a few about now.

They might wanna check the bill very closely though. Especially if the barman is a pissed off English cricket fan.
Ashes secured for 8+ years now
Pommy poofs no hope for years with no broad
Lyon was poor
Paine had a good day, his career best
Lets face it though Smith, lab and the quicks carried the team
They had 6 passengers
They might have won, but England fought till the end and gave us a scare. Point to mention Stokes classy walk when not given out.
The umpires and DRS are terrible
Overton was brave. Best of the poms with the bat. Archer a poor game. Lazy when batting and one trick pony with the ball.
Stokes should be captain. Root isn't up to it. Root has been fairly good with drs but otherwise just lets games drift and had no idea what to do with Smith.
