First up, why the fuck was he playing that shot, as an opener in a test match!

That said, in front on vision, I swore that ball missed the bat by a considerable distance ...
clear daylight between bat and ball, so I understand the Umpires original decision of not out.

For me, the 'snicko' was a little out of sync with the live action, but, fair enough ... out is out.

Warner, poor shot selection yet again ... grrrrrrrrrrrr

He deadset did not hit that.
There was a spike from the snicko but the ball wasn't at the bat yet.
There was also a sound after it passed the bat and it's clearly just a ghost in the machine.

The ball hasn't reached the bat when the spike showed up.
