DAKAR RALLY, is anyone watching it, i reckon it's the duck's guts,
4x4, trucks, 2wd, bikes all giving it heaps and hoping not to crash bad enough to put them out of the race.

It's only a matter of time until a Thai wins it in a samlor with half his village on board and turns a profit doing it by flogging fried chicken to everybody along the way.
They can get anywhere in those things.

Sad that it cannot be run in Africa any more, wonder why, thank god those lovely people of Africa are invading Europe , We will build a better society with them.
Was hoping robbie gordon in his new car might take it out, but brake problems have lost him some time, the hilux's are going well though, saw some good footage of the bike privateers with their helmet cams, none of them are mucking around, all full throttle when they can, long way to go yet.

All done and dusted,a good route this year, plenty of different surfaces to race on.
The standout for me was Toby PRICE, first time he has entered it and came away in third on his ktm,a bloody great effort, the riders must get knackered going flat stick
day after day knowing one mistake and it could be all over.
Looks so remote and dangerous and then a rig breaks down and their support helicopter lands next to it. Big money with some of the teams there.
