Here's some medical advice for you flake. Your brain is broken. Get it fixed.
Could be heatstroke. The symptoms are there. Confused, mumbling, incoherent.

I realise that both of you two are dim, but I suggested the games could be played at night, not in the day time, so the day time temperature would be irrelevant .
    84 C 50 % humidity .
Thick fucks . I say play the games when its 84 C and the two thickos above reply by saying that 110C is too hot to play football in !!!!!!!!!
And to cap it off, they both agree with each other and compliment each others posts

You didn't suggest it, you read it on the web from some dim fucker who suggested playing a kids tournament there to see if anyone died - and he's never been to the Middle East in summer either.

And your 84C, apart from being bollocks (because you're getting all confused and meant F), was actually nearer 88F this year, and the humidity and the dew point make it too hot to even walk around at night comfortably.

But since we have lots of time, I challenge you to pop to Qatar for a midnight jog next July or August, then come back and tell us you reckon they can play football in it.

Because frankly until you do that, you're just spouting the usual Fluke shit.

No you dumb fuck, you were the one who read it on a website where they suggested playing a kids tournament there in the evening , you even posted it on here above .
You read that, I didnt .
I did think off the solution myself a few years back .
It states on the graph that the temperture gets down to 84 C and that the humidity is 50 % . Do you agree that those figures are correct ? Do you agree that that temperature is suitable for playing football in ?

    No and No.

I just told you, I've done 30-odd summers in the Gulf and you have no idea how bad it is until you've been here.

Which of course you have not.

How do you know whether I have been there or not ?
What are you basing that on ?
Is that just what you think and so you then think that it must be a fact ?

Have you been there Flake? If so, when and for how long?
Flight delayed and waiting the terminal for 8 hours doesn't count.

So you disagree with the figures that Qatars temperature gets down to a low of 84 C during the summer nights?
OK, you feel that all the given data collected over the years is incorrect and what you think is correct , do you have any graphs or data to back your claims up ?
You dont , because its incorrect what you think

I could pull out all sorts of charts, but that would involve you understanding the relations between temperature, dewpoint, relative humidity and apparent temperature, and frankly you haven't got a fucking clue.

You're like ENT, you'll find some bollocks on a website somewhere and quote it out of context until you're blue in the face.

And if you'd been here at all in the summer you wouldn't even be bothering, you witless fucker. That's how I know you've never been.

I have spent summer months in Saudi, which has the same climate as Qatar .
So, you wont be providing any data to show that it doesnt go to 84 C at night in Qatar .
Is that because I wouldnt be able to understand the data or that it simply doesnt exist

Everyone knows what a pedantic twat you are flake. If you had spent summers in the ME you would have produced that little gem right at the start of this discussion. I'm calling bullshit on this one.

    Fluke...

    84 C? I don't think so!! As Harry said in post 52, 84 F.

F= Fahrenheit, C= Celsius/centigrade. They are not the same (I'm sure you know that)

Exactly. And if he'd ever been in the Magic Kingdom he wouldn't have spouted all this shit in the first place.

    Lying twat.

    Agree completely.

Nobody who has spent summer months in the region would argue that it's a climate suited to playing football, at any time of day or night.

He's talking through his arse for sure

Oh, and 'the Persian Gulf region' is a better term.

'M.E.' includes some relatively temperate countries.

Accepted and error admitted. Obliged for the correction.
I knew exactly what I was talking about but if it gives Flake any room for manouvre it could be costly.

    My thinking exactly

Unusually, I was here in June, July and August this year.

If I'd known Fluke was in the region I might have lobbed him a ball from the window of my balcony before hastily closing it again lest valued air conditioned cool escape.

Would have been amusing watching him gasp and wilt...

I did a thread about it last year, when I was in Jordon and I got to Jordon from Saudi . Jordon and Saudi share a border and other than flying, that was the only way in

Oh, and its the persian gulf aka the arabian gulf, harry.

It's certainly not 'just the iranians' who use the former name.
