In a departure from the rulebook Issac Luke will be allowed to attend the match and take part in any post match celebrations on field including lifting the trophy, victory lap etc.

They let Steve Price do it when he was injured...what is the difference?

Typically, if you are suspended you are not allowed on the ground at all on matchday.

Fair enough too...Isaac Luke is a nasty little prick, and always has been...however I see in the press comments his absence may be the difference...that is assuming the Dogs can get their hooker performing miracles with one good leg and a lip...I just love watching Aussies beat the shite out of each other...better than watching a a dog fight.

Probably about as much as the puppie dogs will miss their captain!

Canterbury Bulldogs captain Michael Ennis ruled out of NRL grand final, James Graham, Trent Hodkinson named as co-captains

Canterbury captain Michael Ennis has officially been ruled out of the NRL grand final after breaking his foot. Trent Hodkinson and James Graham will co-captain the side. Ennis had held on slight hope of a miracle recover after breaking two bones in his foot in Canterbury's 18-12 preliminary finals win against the Panthers.

It will be the second time injury has cruelled Ennis' premiership chances having missed Brisbane's 2006 grand final after rupturing his anterior cruciate ligament earlier that season. Canterbury coach Des Hasler it yet to name a replacement for Ennis with Moses Mbye, Reni Maitua, Josh Jackson and Josh Reynolds dummy half options.
I know you're a big bulldogs fan LT but they did my beloved dragons over too many times in my life time ... will be yelling out for the bunnies this time

He is a rare one. He was an outstanding player. Very intense, physically fit but quite shy. They used to compare him with Ronnie Corbett's character "Sorry". The intensity has endured into the coaching and the "Sorry" bit has absolutely disappeared. He has been an absolute pain in the arse for club CEOs.

Watching the under 20 final...Brisbane V Warriors...jesus christ spare me...the Broncos are out of the game and then three atrocious calls by the video referee and they get back in the game...now 34-28 with 8 minutes to go...lets see what the video refs can conjure up now

To be honest I will be happy for the Rabbitohs...and Inglis isn't the only rock star at Souths...Sam Burgess is the deal...James Graham is a gutsy player but a midget compared to Burgess
Another good call Brucy, the midget put big Sammy in hospital with suspected
broken ribs, the last time they played.
