Well we will be playing more games at Wembley than any other team in recent history.

7 times in about a year!. So twice in the FA cup last year. The Sheild this season. 2 more in the FA Cup this year. (Sorry Arry you know you are doomed) then 2 more games in the Championship play off.

Things are looking up for Pie Ed country!

    Nothing like being optimistic. hehe!!!!

The next game at the Etihad stadium may feature a beheading.

If Wigan can beat City, they can beat Arsenal.

Oh, I love those sessions watching footie in those pubs when the Tuk Tuk lads get all excited with their bets.

Not many of us can slur our words on a keyboard, I can effortlessly.
It is a colour I do not like at all, not for your team but you want a horse for today?
Master Red 2.15 Newcastle - under 2/1 then not a bet for me.
The Gooners have many jockey fans, McCoy, Frankie (cocaine) Dettori to name but a few.
Hope the horse wins, not for you - for me. ha.

Ah that is what Shity said! Being the Cup holders we do have pressure on us even when playing against the underdog teams.

To be honest I think everyone in Wigan never thought they would win last year and never get this far this year. Still it is possible, maybe, well how long can pigs fly for again?

City vastly underestimated Wigan and put out a weak side.

Wenger will be taking it seriously and so will the players; the only hindrance is how many players we will have left by then!

Well I am well pleased that Wenger will be taking the game seriously.

But the point about City putting out a weak side?????

Just to remind you who Wigan beat!
    30 Pantilimon
    02 Richards
    22 Clichy
    42 Yaya Touré Booked (Silva - 53' )
    26 Demichelis
    06 Lescott
    15 Jesús Navas (Dzeko - 53' Booked )
    14 Javi García
    16 Agüero
    09 Negredo (Milner - 53' Booked )
    08 Nasri Booked
    Substitutes
    01 Hart
    04 Kompany
    07 Milner
    10 Dzeko
    13 Kolarov
    17 Rodwell
    21 Silva

Now the cost of this weak team:
    Manchester City - Current squad - transfermarkt.com

    Mighty Wigan athletic
    Wigan Athletic - Current squad - transfermarkt.com

Granted City did not play well enough to beat Wigan. But that was partly down to Wigan as well. So give credit where it is due, not many teams have beaten MC twice in the last year. If it was like Ice Hockey play offs and best of 7. Wigan would have no chance against your lot. 1 night, 90mins, on our home ground. Thankfully I will be out in the Ocean before the game so I will not be sweating it out.

It may not get a run Harry, so many horses entered in the Topham so I am not betting until I am sure it's in but it will be ready to run on it's next try.
I'll post later, PM ? I can barely type.

SO the other 13 who played are OK then.

So how many of Wigan's squad are on the scouting list for Arsenal? Whereas Pantillimon, Richards, and Lescott would all get a game up the road at WA.

I would say Arsenal will not make the mistake of underestimating them, but after Saturday....

Brave, brave Wigan, the cup holders almost achieved the improbable. Wenger, along with the very success starved fans, will be a very relieved man after that penalty shoot out.

If any of the Championship teams have earned a place in the Premiership next season, it has to be Wigan. Hope to see them back.

    Wigan are a fake club.

    One man's hobby.

It surprises me you favour them over a proper football team with a staunch fan base like Derby.
