Surely Raphael be involved soon, jones and Evans in a back 3 is painful
Jones at the moment is looking like one of those guys that has just bet his mates a tenner, jumped the fence and is hoping to evade security for as long as possible.Originally Posted by Dillinger
The way he just jumped into that Burnley player in the first minute or so was ridiculous. When taken the kick hit the bar. Could have been hugely damaging.

I thought he wanted the United job originally...maybe before he realised how broke the Glazers areOriginally Posted by cyrille
it's seems crazy but Mata could very well be warming the bench regularly.....ditching may be best.Originally Posted by cyrille
the Falcao bandwagon is well and truly gathering speed...80k transfers in already...
^^^Rumour was that he was wanted and was interested but vetoed by Charlton I think. Though that may have been the United spin machine in effect after settling on the 'Chosen One'.
I'm toying with it for value rise and representation. RVP is too expensive, Mata may be benched, and Wayne is possibly going to drop into a role too deep to warrant his price tag. Di Maria is a little too expensive at this stage as well though if he becomes the assist machine that he has been in the past, maybe he'd be worth a look.

He needs at least a goal against redknob's masters team to retain his place in most sides, surely.
I wonder if rvp's bizarre bullet proof valuation will extend to rooney?
An awful lot of managers with both rooney and mata will be rushing to the wildcard button over the next couple of weeks.

So much for my theory.
But has the value of people's teams gone up or are they frozen for the period? Last night, my team value in the Pick Team page said 100.4 but in Transfer I took everyone out to be left with 99.9 which was less than when I used my WC.
Are you sure one of the players in your pre-wildcard team didn't drop in value?
Yes, only had one player drop and that was Ben Davies who I hung onto into week 2 to see if he made an appearance.
God it's refreshing not to be playing this game
And then, something happened. I let go. Lost in oblivion. Dark and silent and complete. I found freedom. Losing all hope was freedom.Originally Posted by Jimmy McNulty
You didn't spend much time on it last season though did you, Nick?

it was getting silly....most active teams had TV over 110m by the january wildcard..
even kiwiling's team was worth almost as much as at the start of the season.Originally Posted by Jofrey
clichy with the wildcard looks another inspired buy.
might I also suggest zabaleta?

How did you go, last GW Cy?Originally Posted by cyrille
Just read on one of the sites that some people use the WC at the last minute as to accrue value rises for the transfers they make up until that point. So perhaps that means that the values of your team are frozen while the WC is in play unless you take the hits initially and then use the WC to negate those hits.
I can definitely tell you that's not the case.Originally Posted by Jimmy McNulty
So at least a quarter of a million managers have booted Rooney, probably more. Playing out left tonight. Is he done?
