from the chairman of the premier league
so that's nice then"There are lots of fans around the world who wish Manchester United were winning it again," Scudamore told Bloomberg.
"But you have to balance that off against, generally, we're in the business of putting on a competition and competition means people can compete."

The bin baby policy of buying whichever defenders are playing west brom may not work this week.
Don't you think fabio looks like rafael on scag?
It doesn't matter. He's gone off for Zaha after 30 odd minutes. Pro-active management in action. Ole is genius.

West Brom of course doing their best to turn a win into a draw.
And Odemwingie's scored again.

Why? Do you think it is true that United's form is affecting the quality of the Premier League...because that is what Scudamore thinks...if he is correct the league has major problems...Liverpool are just as famous in Thailand and they might go top tonightOriginally Posted by chassamui

I hope you appreciated the facetiousness in the Ole comment.
If you want to talk about luck, you can look at the deflection that led to West Brom's third goal and do you think West Brom's opener was a shot? Ridiculous backheader by Medel, regardless. We were good for a draw last night even though that extra minute was questionable.
But if we're going down, the root of that lies in the last three months as opposed to last night. A draw was no good for us. Nice to enjoy a game for a change though.
Yes, five of the goals were lucky, including all three of ours.
I think Amalfitano meant the first, I can't imagine what else he could have been trying to do, but it was luck that he was presented the ball in the first place after that farcical back header from Medel.
Caulker was the best player on the park by some distance and scored the only goal that wasn't lucky.
The extra minute was added because of Albion's goal.
That's the second time this season we've dropped two points by not just running the fucking ball into the corner in the last minute - the other time was at Stamford Bridge.
If you have players that don't understand basic common sense like that, and can't even learn the hard way, then you don't deserve three points.
Anyway, a Sunderland clean sheet and a Sturridge hat trick tonight, please.
Good interview with Ole.

Very low team value....103.9m....the bench will be crucial.

A great purchase.
Team's overall value dropped like a stone the last few weeks. Not sure how other than Adebayor. Wasn't paying enough attention to it.
Matchups were wank this week and some of my transfers were made with DGWs in mind but mainly remaining fixtures as a whole.
Whether it will be enough to maintain that 76 point gap over you remains to be seen.
All the players you had without a dgw two weeks ago dropped in desirability and value.Originally Posted by Jimmy McNulty
Playing a wildcard at this stage without a dgw is certainly either inspired, or...
i'll be tooling up for the DGWs in 34 and 37.....at least 9 players for each.Originally Posted by Jimmy McNulty
70 points isn't a lot as you noticed in the last dgw
