Not consciously. I've forgotten to transfer twice in the last 3 weeks or so and even do my subs once or twice. Life getting in the way. Find the Draft game far more conducive to my lack of time/energy/focus. Have as many points in that as I do the regular league and you're essentially stuck with the team you have at the start of the season + whatever free agents are in the pool. No templates there.

Kept missing weeks and free transfers. Got no money on it and don't work with anyone I'm in a league with so haven't felt the impetus this season. Still doing the Draft which I'm in a league with local mates which keeps it interesting but you only need to give that 5 minutes a week.
