Nice one Sergio.
Fuck sake. Well, at least I've got him. A lot of people don't have the golden ticket of the pair of them.
Shane Long's brace in twenty odd minutes was a sickener when Pelle had played so well from what I saw flipping between that, the ManYoo/Palace match and the West Ham v Villa match. Has he been
ManYo are still a weird proposition. No idea what's happening there. Why is Herrerra sat on the bench? Why was Michael Carrick playing in central defence for a while? Fellaini looked to be getting back to that nuisance that made him effective at Everton though. It seems that as long as he has very narrow parameters for what he needs to be doing like hassling a certain player and jostling people in the box enough to play fuck with their plans at either end of the pitch then he can serve a purpose.
West Ham match was frustrating having brought Downing Syndrome in. Looked easily the most dangerous player on the pitch and could have created three goals in the last five minutes or so.
My main impression from the Saints game was that Clyne and Bertrand look brilliant.
Surely Clyne has to play for England in the break.
But he won't of course.
I was pleased to see Shane score - top man.
QPR's Charlie Austin also looks an interesting prospect. Every time he got the ball he looked dangerous.
Oh, and Tadic had a stinker.
Clyne and Bertrand are incredible value. Tightest defence in da league by far. Reckon i will keep them all season..
Don't put the For Sale sign in the attic just yet.
Sarfhampton got some hard games coming up, forget about clean sheets for a while.
My buy tip of the week : QPR striker Charlie Austin £ 5.7 million.
(and make him captain)
They got some soft games coming up- will be worth over £6+ after this lot.
22 Nov 15:00 Gameweek 12 Newcastle (A)
29 Nov 15:00 Gameweek 13 Leicester (H)
02 Dec 19:45 Gameweek 14 Swansea (A)
06 Dec 15:00 Gameweek 15 Burnley (H)
15 Dec 20:00 Gameweek 16 Everton (A)
20 Dec 15:00 Gameweek 17 West Brom (H)
Andy Carroll is back, Guzan heroically denied him a brace yesterday. He was only on the pitch for 60 seconds. Worth looking at, at 6.9 mill with a nice fixture list too
As for Charlie Austin, Zamora played well too yesterday and is only 4.3 mill
Big quandry next week for captain
Could be a decent third striker.Originally Posted by blue
You'd have to be off your trolley to make him captain ahead of the likes of Aguero, Costa and Sanchez.
There are no soft games for QPR this season.
Just a rumour...but Jebus will be off the top of the H2H league this GW
Montero spent the entire game skinning Chambers.
He's really not very good.
he's a tad awkward.....should develop into a very steady player though in a couple of years.Originally Posted by cyrille
Aguero v Hazard for next gw captain.
33 point cushion to the noon....
considering taking a couple of hits next week to shore the team up.

I think Hazard looks just as impressive as Costa. He's due a huge haul at some stage too...Originally Posted by Jimmy McNulty
Durty Sanchez will be up another 0.5m by the time next gw rolls up.....Manure's makeshift defence will get a good workout.
reckon he's due a couple of goals. against the crap Villa defence could be a nice sprinkling of fantasy points.Originally Posted by Jimmy McNulty

considerably better with vlaar back, though.Originally Posted by Jofrey
but i agree - too early to write pelle off.
it just didn't run for him this gameweek - happens to the best.
seems you were the only one in recovery Rolf.Originally Posted by Bruce Bayliss
Yeah, would ideally keep him for Villa. Problem is, as you said, Sanchez will rise in value a difficult amount with the international break. Might take a couple of hits elsewhere to make sure the gravy train doesn't leave you behind.
And Hazard over Costa? One might look as dangerous as the other but only one of them is banging them in consistently and Costa looks just as likely to get another big haul (maybe with the help of Hazard assists). The one interesting piece in the Chelsea midfield jigsaw is whether Oscar is arguably better value than Haz and Fab.
Regarding cheapo third strikers, how about that Newcastle kid. Lovely goal against the Baggies and that was his third in three? Maybe he'll survive Cisse coming back. Course, if he's not nailed on....
Also good value, Wanyama. Sticks out like a sore thumb in terms of value at the top of the midfield points chart.
Hazard will be top midfield points scorer along with Sanchez by the end of the season.Originally Posted by Jimmy McNulty
On penalties...lots of assists.....goals when he feels like it.
Oscar is a benching risk and gets subbed out when things get tough. Fabs is "carrying an injury" and will pick up his 5th yellow soon.....great player and very consistent but it's the big hauls that propel you up the overall rankings.
ya, but the Southampton run of nice fixtures comes to an abrupt halt soon.Originally Posted by Jimmy McNulty
i still think they will do very well. possible top 5 finish on the cards..
