Armenian-Russian boxer Arrest Sahakyan has tragically died just a days after being knocked out in the ring.
The 26-year-old spent 10 days in a coma after sustaining a swell to the brain during a fight against Igor Semernin on Boxing Day last month.
According to reports in Russia, Semernin's punch caused heavy trauma to the head of Sahakyan, who had to undergo emergency surgery.
But despite the efforts of doctors, he sadly died on Friday.

I remember as a kid, growing up, when America was the epicentre of the boxing world.
The big fight tonight is all British (specifically English) and the undercard is all British.
The centre of the boxing world is clearly Britain these days (England really).
Why/How has it changed so much?
