S3 of Kobra Kai seems to be fading.
Still watchable and enjoyable and nostalgia never gets old (*Boom tish!*) but I dunno if it'll have much more legs after this although I note S4 is already in production.

Thanks for the recommendations, PAG!
^I thought S3 was pretty good, I like how they go back to Japan. I look forward to Season 4.
Started watching Elvis Presley, The Searcher - An in depth look at Elvis his fame and his death. More of a documentary, oops wrong thread.
1 season
Just finished rewatching the brilliant first 2 seasons of Billions.
Unfortunately, iirc, Season 3 is the one that had a different producer and it became a bit shit.
'Ferry' is a movie prequel to the Dutch gangster series 'Undercover' on Netflix, very good
Trailer
Start Up on Netflix.
A battle between rival cryptocurrency IT gangs.
2 seasons ,but compulsive viewing.
8/10.
Wanna feel old?
Top Gun came out 35 years ago...
Want to feel old? Just watched "Scum", a 1970's classic of British cinema, featuring a very young Ray Winstone in a juvenile correction centre setting. Given the time span since it was made, the production and direction holds up very well.

Typically movies of this era for download are poor quality, but this one was remastered in 2012 to an acceptable standard. Recommended.

The Pact a BBC 6 parter.
Not something I would normally choose to watch but I found it enjoyable.
4 female brewery workers decide to play a harmless prank on their hated boss after an office party.
The morning finds him dead.
The 4 decide not to tell anyone of their prank for fear of losing their job
Then follows the consequences of that decision.
The ending is a bit predictable but overall it held my attention.
I have watched far worse.
Also I note the "Mr. Inbetween" starts its 3rd season on Australian TV on Wednesday.
If anything like the first 2 seasons well worth a watch.
A little bit different
Army of the Dead (Netflix) is an amusing, bloody, zombie romp from Zack Snyder.
7/10
Reminds me, when is s3 of 'Barry' out?
That's brilliant.
Wrath of Man (Movie, 2021)
Guy Ritchie directs Jason Statham in a violent revenge flick.
Not bad.
7/10
Yes agreed.
Scott Ryan who wrote and stars in all 3 seasons has an interesting back story.
http://Scott Ryan had given up on Ho... came knocking
because I thought it might be enjoyable - the review I read on ars said it had humour
instead it seemed like a vehicle written by a closeted homosexual to star his favourite tattooed steroid doll + guns
But more importantly, was completely lacking T&A.
