    Don't be ridiculous, Cyrille doesn't add content, he's a leech, a Parasite (which I haven't seen yet).

Just finished watching GoT S8 - my advice would be not to waste your time; quite disappointing.

I've recommended a ton of stuff. I was first to recommend 'Parasite', as it happens.

It's really good, so you almost certainly won't give it your coveted 'nice' award.

Pleased to see that your active with content on this thread - keep up the good work.

I might well watch Parasite if you think it's a nice watch...

It was very different from the other series with everyone together in one place; didn't work as well because very few characters were developed. The two big battle scenes were both crap; one too dark to see anything, the other just a dragon destroying everything... Felt like they hd run out of money or everyone was busy with other projects, so that had to get it filmed quickly.

Bettyboo Niceometre Score = Not a nice watch.

the dark scene was disappointing, couldn't see anything, thought a lot of good characters got killed while in reality they weren't

Yeah, that was ridiculous, absolutely everyone died. You had folks mortally wounded with 1000 dead 'uns jumping on top of them. The next morning, it turns out hardly anybody died at all - one of the worst scenes out there.

The most disappointing for me was Cersei Lannister's death.

She should have died painfully and slowly at the hands of, well, anybody really.

The rumour was the show runners had got the contract to write, produce and direct the next new Star Wars series and they rushed GOT S8 to get started on Star Wars.

I liked it way better than Gomorrah, season 1 excepted.

I felt Gomorrah dropped off badly after season 1.

The quality of 4 blocks didn't drop at all imo.

Download 'VLC Media Player' and open the download with that. You usually get a choice of subtitles when you select subtitles at the top of the screen. I'm no expert and it works for me.

I think "The Adventures of Pluto Nash" is right up your street.

Just on the subject of sci-fi, has everyone here seen Galaxy Quest ? It must be 20 years old, but is genuinely the funniest comedy sci-fi I have seen.

    "Contact" was nice,

"Solaris" but not recent, poor critics at the time, but has actually aged well and now is regarded as excellent

"10 Cloverfield Lane" was really good too,

"Rorke's Drift" was his template, I think.
