Anyone watching Watchmen? I watched two. Entertaining of sorts. But maybe someone can explain it to me?

It's a prequel to the movie of the same name which is based on the eponymous graphic novel by Alan Moore.
Haven't yet seen the show myself though I will since I'm a huge fan of the comic and Moore's work in general and can recommend both the movie and the book in particular.
Bit of a deconstruction of the super-hero trope really.
The TV series takes place after the movie.
The synopsis in this Wikipedia page gives a good overview of the show.

Yup, it's excellent.
Gone from Ch4 to Netflix production.
Just read that Season 4 will be out next year.
Season 2 of Jack Ryan was nice, a bit short with only 8 episodes, and they had a quick ending on that Season, could have lasted at least with 2 more episodes, so I feel like a bit cheated
Season 3 of Mr Robot is delivering, I am glad I skipped Season 2 except for the first and last episode
That's the new program you found a couple of weeks ago, right?
Three seasons already!
Is it actually made by robots?
A far, far better movie, of the genre, is;
After the events in the previous film, Secret Service agent Mike Banning finds himself framed for an assassination attempt on the President. Pursued by his own agency and the FBI, Banning races to clear his name and uncover the real terrorist threat which has set its sights on Air Force One

A tray full of GOLD is not worth a moment in time.
Foolishly attempted to watch a series highly decorated by posters above; terrible... Due to the shite Netflix algorithm of utter stupidity and shiteness I then got offered up every black series under the sun... Watched the Tupac and Biggie Whoever series, just 10 of them - watchable.
If you like a Whodunnit then you'll probably like this (which felt like the classic country house whodunnit's of yonder):
Cycling should be banned!!!
Greatest Events of WW2 in Colour.
Netflix.
Excellent 10 part Doco/Series.
"Ray Donovan" Season 7 first episode now up, usual sources.
^ turn on Netflix then it's hard to miss the bastard, playing by itself whether you wanna see it or not...
For those into the awesome series Suits, a new spinoff
Pearson, with Jessica surviving a wicked business world after being disbarred
I'm almost at the end of season 2 of Preacher. It's pretty good. IMDB says 8/10.
I enjoyed that, done and dusted at four seasons I think?Originally Posted by dirk diggler
