^Thanks all. I found good ones and re-downloaded the series last night. Three episodes into it...quite good. Cheers.

I can't seem to find a torrent site working.

Torrent users have been left wondering if a secret crackdown is taking place after The Pirate Bay was among almost a dozen sites that went offline.
The Pirate Bay suffered connection issues on Monday and Tuesday as the site received a surge in traffic following the Game of Thrones season 7 finale.
However, a few days later on Thursday the major torrent site went down for a few hours after it experienced a DDoS attack, according to TorrentFreak.
But The Pirate Bay wasn’t alone - this week almost a dozen major torrent sites went offline leaving users asking serious questions.
Major torrent website 1337x is one big player that has experienced issues in recent days, and has said it is currently the target of an "ongoing attack".
Several torrent site admins also told TorrentFreak that they had noticed an increase in suspicious traffic which left their sites reeling.
One of the most widely used torrent search engines - TorrentProject.se - has been down for three days.
When users tried to access the site, they were simply greeting with a ‘403 Forbidden’ error message.
Another popular torrent search engine, Isohunt, has been unresponsive for over a week now.
Major torrent website 1337x gave advice to their users after being subject to an “ongoing attack” this week.
If that's not a signal for the end of days, I dunno what is...
I'm struggling with PB, 1337x and Skytorrents.
All working fine here. Just checked four.
The Brink, easy binge watch.
The Windsors, can't imagine a Thai version.
Still difficult on 1337x but I kept trying and bingo.Originally Posted by Davis Knowlton

Creakingly contrived post-1970s-ultra-feminist melodrama. Feminism had won the day by the time this was penned so without a real axe to grind Margaret Atwood concocts a fictional one.
I was ready to give up by episode 7 but decided to stick it out since it is a dramatisation of a novel so I thought I would see the conclusion...
Mistake. It became apparent during the final episode that there was not going to be a conclusion but that it was being set up for a multi season political angst-ridden snore-fest.
At least with bad movies it is only 2 hours of your life you will never get back. More caution is advised with 10 part TV shows.
Oh and by the way Canada is a really lovely and nice and the USA is really nasty and evil...
Since the sublime Mad Men I am liking Elizabeth Moss less and less with each new role.
3/10
^I too gave up - but after only three episodes.
The latest series of Hard Knocks concludes tonight (US time).
I'm always surprised that it's so poorly torrented / seeded / supported. All the episodes are <100 seeders generally speaking.
Anyways great show. Tampa Bay Bucs this year, Jameis Winston... Yeah I dunno, there's something about him that seems too stage-managed. Anyways I'll be supporting them this year as is my tradition.
Always ends right before the start of the season. Thursday night is the start. Can't wait!Originally Posted by AntRobertson

Ahh nope, I've never lived in the U.S. so my tradition is to follow whichever of the teams are featured in the current season of Hard Knocks. I've no connection otherwise so just makes it more interesting.Originally Posted by redhaze
Unfortunately it doesn't always work though. Last season I was a Rams fan.
Gotcha. I'm just happy there are people in the world besides those who live in the U.S. that watch American football at all honestly. Even if your method of picking a favorite team does make me want to throw up in my mouth just a little bit....Originally Posted by AntRobertson

I love it. Going to a game is on my bucket list, Ravens vs. Steelers or something like that (or even one of the Big 10 rivalry games.Originally Posted by redhaze
Not the hugest fan of watching live on TV though to be honest. Just too many ad breaks that drag it out - though that's easily sorted by watching re-runs with all those cut out.
I always had a passing interest in it but what really got me into it was playing games like NCAA Football and Madden on Playstation. After that I learned enough about formations and packages to be able to start picking up on what plays would be called.

Hope you will consider posting in the NFL thread a bit this season. RayCarey has been stinking up that thread with his turds for months. Gonna take a lot of air freshener to clear it out.
I just finished all the seasons of "breaking Bad". I couldn't stop watching. this was the best TV series I have ever watched.
Now I am downloading: Mad men, all the seasons; Dexter, the wire and weeds.
I am downloading the full seasons of these series.
I don't know how many hours of TV this is, but,.....
That's awesome! I played since the very first Madden game came out for the Sega Genesis. I used to have bracket tourneys with my buddies that would last all night.Originally Posted by AntRobertson
Sort of like he is just now discovering TV
Or just learned how to download torrents
The birth rate in his family should decrease significantly now he has a TV and torrent download skills
Could cease to exist at all once he discovers ru.xhamster.com
ru. gets around the local ban on such filth, apparently.
Russian viruses and banking malware are a small price to pay.
