You'll like 'Justified'- Walton Goggins ('Shane' from 'The Shield') is in it.

Well, I don't want to spoil it for you...
how was Justified Season 5 ? thought the beginning episodes were lame ?
I didn't love the first season, but it improved when they switched from episodic story lines (meaning everything wrapped up in an hour) to continuing ones - season two was better, and season three was excellent- four was decent, and five has been watchable but not stellar- your mileage may vary, of course.
It you mean season five specifically, it got better halfway through- I agree the first episodes weren't very good.
It's not great TV, but I like it.
There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.

Anyone watched The West Wing?
imdb rates it 8.8, so that's a good start, but is it worth a >50gb download?
^ Absolutely, it's worth every kB.
you dont have to download it all in one goOriginally Posted by leemo
I'd just go with 'The Wire' again.
I do, I do, never dl just parts...if it's good I don't want to have to wait for the rest to dl or worse, weekly episodes. So, will dl the lot, and if not caught up within the first few episodes can just delete.
That's the good thing about the www, so much in the way of choice that it raises expectations.
New series Crisis is ok.
Chicago Fire is good if you like hunky firemen....?!!
Strange you posted that straight after Butterfly's post.Originally Posted by patsycat

Pragmatic, my hunky firemen comment was about my future ex fireman husband Terry.
But still a good show, and has to been watched from the beginning.
Watched "This Sporting Life", which was to be this fantastic rugby movie. Two hours of bullshit - two minutes of rugby.
"Sweetwater" ( aka "Sweet Vengeance" ) with Ed Harris
Disappointing western.
"The Widower". A 3 part mini series from ITV, and based on a true story (all three available via TPB).
A good description is here:

Watching "The Hill" with Sean Connery. Great old classic! British army prison in the desert.
great oldie
I did watch the Widower, British TV drama to it's best.
