Was listening to Willie Nelson and this suddenly starts playing. After a wtf continued watching and found it very good. Not exactly a documentary but close enough and what a cast!

"Girl In The Picture". A Netflix documentary that I watched last night. So many cases of changing identity, and so many years to unravel the complete story. Worth watching.

Indeed, some of the interviews could have been shorter, particularly with the foster parents.

As the planet gets hotter, engineers are racing to find ways to store energy on a massive scale, clearing the way for a transition to renewable electricity.

    Cursed Films (TV, 2 Seasons).

Documentary series that examines the myths around so-called "cursed" films like Poltergeist.

The Twilight Zone one is quite disturbing.

Not so much cursed as a combination of willful stupidity and criminal negligence.

The Volcano: Rescue from Whakaari (Netflix)

Documentary about the White Island eruption, with interviews with victims and witnesses.

    Pretty harrowing.

    Just a moment...

He is clever, and controversial he has made a living of that, but not always smart.
For instance , 20 minutes in the video he says "the odds of you existing is 400 trillion to 1. End then you die never to exist again"
    That is demonstrably wrong .
The chances of you existing are 400 trillion to 1 , a very large number but not an infinite one. as long as there is a chance , a chance exists.
So if you personally have existed you are possible, but highly improbable (400 trillion to 1 according to Ricky )
But you have time. You are dead , and for you time has stopped. You can wait as long as it is nessacery.
wait long enough and that chance will roll again. In fact as far as you are concerned you will exist immediately. Since no time has passed for you.
Imagine a strobe light, then increase the frequency and the light becomes a solid. So from that perspective , you have always existed and you will always exist .

Now I know what you are thinking "what is he smoking and where can I get some"
The sooner you fall behind, the more time you have to catch up.

^ You obviously believe in reincarnation, for those that believe in science, the atoms in your body may be part of a living thing again, but you won't.

The hydrogen atoms in your body have existed for 13+ Billion years, the carbon and oxygen, 7 and 12 billion years.

The ones in your body may go on to help form many amazing things in the next 100 billion years.

Stars. Lulu. The calcium in your bones may exist in the sperm of Godzilla like creatures in a few billion yeras.

There's probably a documentary about it somewhere or other, eh.

No I don't, reincarnation involves a soul, of which there is no empirical evidence .
and indeed everything you say concerning atoms is true, but I don't see how that relates to what I said.
Which part of my thought experiment did I get wrong?
A, since you exist you are posible
    b. but highly improbable
c, when you die , time is suspended as far as you are concerned
    d. given enough rolls of the dice every possibility will occur however improbable.

You might argue that the universe will only exist about 22 billion years,so there is a time limit.
but why limit yourself to one universe?
Why can't the same that is true for you also be true for the universe?

I would suggest this is patently wrong unless you substitute “enough” with “infinite”
