Informative and at times moving look at Adam Goodes and indigenous issues.

Worth watching. It looks like Australia still has quite a lot of work to do.

    I Called Him Morgan

The life and times of the legendary jazz trumpeter.

Good interviews, especially with Wayne Shorter who comes across really well.

Morgan was a success, then a hopeless drug addict literally in the gutter when he met the woman who was to become his wife.

Then better times returned...for a while.

A dramatic life story all in all, well told here.

    8/10

This Puerto Rican astrologer, Walter Mercado, has stolen my heart. I had never heard of him before I watched this documentary. A good one.

People are weird. I knew these two Middle East trolley dollies back in the day who literally used their home leave to go and sit outside Steve Coogan's house.

Apparently he was actually there once and said hello to them as he drove out but that was it. For years they did it.

    Mad as fuck.

    The Cold Blue
Doco about B17 bombers in WWII.
Lots of good colour footage. (lost footage apparently .?)
With all the sobbing and bullshit going on in the world today it was great to watch young fellas that had big nuts, were scared shitless but just did it and lloked after their mates.

This is turning into on of my favorites on Netflix. Some Nazi scum gets lifted out of the USA and sent to Israel, the case is far from clear

Still shows how the USA was naturalizing Nazi scum

    My Octopus Teacher (2020).

Pretty enthralling docu about a South African diver's friendship with an Octopus he started filming at his local coastal area.

Great photography and narrative. The takeaway is that the Octopus is an amazing, and very intelligent creature indeed.

    Trailer:
