Maxnet, slow for non Thai hosted sites?

Having a bad time with my Maxnet Premier 2mb internet connection.

It was ok up until about 2 days ago and is now very slow to USA and Eurpoe.

Thai sites like mocyc.com running fast as usual.

Was told by missus, Maxnet have bandwidth issues in Bangkok that will not be resolved for one week.

Wondering if anybody else has got a problem and if so, what were they told if you reported it?

Yes, I have the same as you and I have had problems with it for the last 7 months and call damn near everyday and they can't get it fixed, have had 4 techs out here and it is the same when they leave as it was when they got here.
Downloading about 25 KB/sec today but did get 350 a couple of times a week or so ago.

Apparently, it's a DNS problem in Bangkok. It was rubbish in Udon for about 10 days, but appears to be coolio now (after a full shutdown for 5 mins).

have had 4 techs out here and it is the same when they leave as it was when they got here.

Had a guy out here today, he wasnt dressed in TT&T clobber, he looked like some piker they dragged off the street to help out.

I pointed out that on the electric pole outside my house, the telephone cable had been joined together with a twisted join wrapped in electrical tape. The tape was coming off and flapping in the wind. I asked him to go up the pole and re-wrap the tape. He was telling me "never mind". Actually it was yes mind fcuktard face, the rain had been going in there this week and causing the foking adsl to trip out. I got the missus on the phone to tell him to get his lazy good for nottin ass up his bastard ladder

Same story here, I have 10% the international speed I had a few days ago. Tennee.com will load at over 3 megs though
