I don't have "handlers" helping me, so nobody realises my mistakes.
Found a really good channel that does mini docs on maritime disasters you've never heard of. This episode has unlikely survivers.

Black and white videos from the Monty Python crew when they started.
Great channel about ww2 engines. Its amazing how they had 4 valve per cylinder , aluminum heads, roller lifters/rockers and all of this stuff that didn't make it to Mustangs and Camaros till the 90's/2000's, back in the 40's. Cars dont have roller lifters even now.
Sleeve valves are interesting.
There's one on the krauts upside down engine. See that ? The crank is at the top.

Ghost town series
I was born in the wrong era. These old railroad towns sound like a good time to be alive. Work your ass off all day, enjoy some wine women and song in the evening.
Thurmond, West Virginia was built as a railroad town along the New River at a junction for the Chesapeake and Ohio Railroad. First settled in the 1870's and growing as more trains came in, the founder of the town, William Thurmond, tried to keep the town clean and upright. However in the early 1900's, a seedy hotel opened up just across the river, and their "anything goes" attitude gave Thurmond a notorious reputation of treachery, prostitution and murder. The town began dying in the 1930's but never became truly abandoned.
