Righteous Kill
It's quite good, I liked it - and I didn't expect too much unlike all you cnuts putting pressure on the film because it stars Al & Bob, jesus - fucking grow up and take it for what it is and stop getting your pants in a twist and putting high expectations on it because it stars two legends or i'll tell you what happens at the end.
And yes, of course it is nice to see the pair sharing the same screen.

Possibly, there is always that effect. I didn't know who he was or that he had died, but was still impressed by his acting.

Righteous Kill was ok, but with them all looking so old, especially Dennehy, it reminded me of Tough Guys with Burt Lancaster & Kirk Douglas when they were ancient.
Some people age better than others, M Caine & S Connery for example.
Going to watch Jack Says tonite with Mike Reid ( rip)
'In Bruges'
Very good and very dark, tale about two Hitman who run away to Belgium after a assassination in London. Starring Colin Farrel. Some very dark comedic moments and overall a very good film.

Kevin Spacey starred in this must-see account of the election debacle in Florida. It will leave any right-minded viewer numbed and angered by the fraud, gerrymandering and incompetance chronicled.
Excellent overall 9.5/10

Disaster Movie
This is awful, and not in a funny sense. A long series of disjointed sketches that do not meet any story-line. I could see how the producers were trying to make the audience laugh, but it never quite works. You can see why you are supposed to find it funny, but it never quite gets there. Try to imagine someone who knows lots of jokes but can't tell them. It is irritating. This has all been done before, and better.
Boring as hell.
If you think the "burping" scene drags then you may as well leave the cinema because it gets worse. I thought about leaving the cinema within the first five minutes and I wish I had.
0/10. Not worth bothering. Watch paint dry, grass grow or even a Thai soap. I want my money back.
Music Within (2007)
Based on the true story of Richard Pimentel who came back from the Vietnam war functionally deaf and fought for the rights of disabled people. He ia played by Ron Livingston, the guy who play the Intelligence Officer in Band of Brothers.
The film is very watchable, but, you will be absolutely blown away by the acting of Michael Sheen who is unrecocognisable as a foul-mouthed genius who is wheel-chair bound and has cerebral palsy.
Michael Sheen was the leader of the werewolves in Underworld and played Tony Blair in The Queen. It's worth watching this film just for his performance.

^^ There was Scary Movie, followed by it's 2 sequels, then it all went quiet for a while when slightly higher quality (yet still unwatchable IMO) juvenile movies such as American Pie stile the limelight, and then over the past two years we get:

SUPERHERO MOVIE
MEET THE SPARTANS and now
DISASTER MOVIE
These movies sell, which means a large majority of people enjoy them and they can't all be twelve year olds.
This makes me feel alone and afraid.
I will not accept criticism for not having seen any of them, the few clips and trailers that I have witnessed are more than enough evidence of the content. It is not comedy, it's not even slapstick, it's fodder for the majority entertained by poos and wees and tits and bums and cheap gross outs and unimaginative parodies.
If you'd like to see a really good comedy and have an IQ above 30 then try LITTLE MISS SUNSHINE. I have not seen this in over a year but I still remember it and it was very pleasing to watch, it stars Steve Carrell (perhaps the only film of his I can bear), Paul Dano, Greg Kinnear and the wonderful young starlet Abigail Breslin, not to mention Alan Arkin, (the dad in Edward Scissorhands's adopted family, remember?).
I agree and I think lots of others here do as well.
But let's face it, humour and taste are acquired. The differences between cultures and social classes, not to mention between individuals, proves that point quite well.
The type of movie you describe mostly try to find the lowest common denominator which works quite well when you want something to have global appeal.

Weird. I cant quite figure out why the people who made this film stood by and filmed people commit suicide. If they were filming over a length of time they would have easily been able to spot people who are likely to jump and could have intervened. Obviously then they wouldnt have a film.
This film doesnt actually do anything like offer answers, its poorly edited together at points so I found it hard to know who was talking about who. Set with that now "poignant" American Beauty-esque plinky piano music which doesnt do anything for emotion anymore.
Its just people taking their own lives on film with very little else.
