    In ear audio recommendations

Wired will do, I'm pretty tone deaf I think, but something with a bit of bass would be nice...
Been looking at these under 1000baht Chinese ones that get great reviews...

Spend the $ and get some quality...

    I have Shure 535s:https://www.shure.com/en-US/products/earphones/se535

Although, for a man of your means, the 846s might be a better fit:https://www.shure.com/en-US/products/earphones/se846

Whatever you do, don't get anything that makes you look like this:

Oh, my bad ... that was for headphones ... not ears ... bud

I have those TRN's and they are excellent. Known as chifi because they are making so many good IEM's these days and that is one of the best for the money. I prefer my IEM wired to that I can plug them into a DAC for better hifi but you can turn these into Bluetooth as well.

I got mine from here cheaper too...

    Bluetooth adapter here..

    Fully recommended.

    Hey Dil,

I am using these and they are outstanding.

    https://www.apac.jabra.com/bluetooth...00-99010000-40

I have read that these are really good as well but price is on high side but everything I owned from Sennheiser in the past was top flight

^ I use Sennheiser over the ears at home and they are the best hands down. With regards to those jabra's my guess is the TRN V80's dilly posted will sound better. They have a fantastic full range sound that you normally only find in IEM's costing well over $150USD. The Chifi stuff is just that good these days. I am a member of head-fi.org and these are very highly regarded over there.

10 years ago Sony discontinued the greatest cheap headphones ever created - the MDR-W08L

    In ear audio recommendations-51f2ofqbbml-_sy679_-jpg

Sony mdr-w08 Headphones fan site: long discontinued but not forgotten - Home

You can still buy them on EBay but the listings are for hundreds of dollars instead of $15

Since then I have settled for the following Sony cheapies - MDR-EX15AP EX Monitor

    In ear audio recommendations-80704-l-lo-jpg

    https://www.jbhifi.com.au/sony/sony-...-black/431824/

They are almost as good sound quality except you need to keep squashing them into your ear to maintain the bass and they fall out if you move around.

The old MDR-W08Ls would stay in while cycling or running.

Cheap headphones are good since you can keep 1 pair in your computer travel bag for work, one pair in your beach bag, one pair on the balcony etc.

That is my headphone philosophy anyway.

Cheers I am a bit of an audiophile. I have an LG V30 for the sole reason that it has a built in 4 channel DAC and is one of the only phones that has that feature built in so I don't mess with BT headphones for the most part. The audio is just not as good. I did however buy the BT adapter for those TRN's and it works fine I just am too OCD to not use the DAC on my phone.

You won't be disappointed. Plug in some Zeppelin when you get them and smile.

For over ears, and again for travelling, it's hard to beat the Sony WH-1000XM2's and their 30 hour battery life.

For home I don't really care about headphones, I have no nearby neighbours.

What good is 30 hour battery life when the battery on your phone dies after 8 hours?

I stick on some mood changers. Massive dance classics, or workout hits and start running for a little while, then swagger

I will pay for that Spotify if this pirated one stops. Brilliant

Man shipping from China to LOS is fast. It takjes shipments from Aliexpress a month to get here in the states. Enjoy those IEM's most people spend a couple hundred bucks and will not get anything better.

Buy from Lazada TH as their refunding policy is far better than Aliexpress in case of dispute. Same price and faster delivery by Kerry Logistics as well

You lot really do have dire/cheap taste in earbuds/sound - do your ears work at all??? Can you old codgers actually differentiate sounds/frequencies???

Putting on the shite level of earbuds suggested by many on this thread would just ruin a decent recording. Oh my, what the fuk is happening to TD before my eyes??? Thank fuk my ears don't have to put up the utter shite you lot are listening too... Dilly, I can't believe you think those shite Chinese waste of plastic sound good...

I was thinking about asking what waterproof earbuds folks use when they do a big sweat at the gym/on a run, but I don't think I'll bother now... I'll just whack my Shure SE215 buds on a bluetooth band; not ideal because they're not waterproof, but good sound (great sound compared to the shite you lot are wearing...), and at 10 or so years old I don't care if the drivers fuk up - they are just sitting in a drawer as I use my 535s on a plane/journey/coffeeshop/avoidthewifetime.
