Are you sure they are throttling?
There have been some massive DDOS attacks hitting Cambodia this week and I wouldn't be surprised if Thailand was hit, too.

^My iptv provider informed me that TOT and True are going after their streams. Apparently, 3BB customers are unaffected.
Looks like we made the right choice...for now.
I suppose this is because True offers streaming for paying customers on their website HD Prime.
Tvtap pro is one of the best streaming application for your devices.

I notice Kodi have rolled out v18. I noticed it because it buggered up the remote on my T2.
Just as well I'd just ordered a new box to play with.
The best is when you use simple apps for streaming. I am using Cyberflix tv on Samsung Galaxy and working great for me.
I just passed on the old Firestick in my office, and was in the process of setting up a new one (they are great for IPTV apps).
Along with the usual Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, I noticed a Sony Crackle app advertising Free content.
When I started it, it geolocked, but I fired up NordVPN on the stick and started it again. This time it let me register, and blow me down if there isn't a ton of good free movies and TV on it.
The only down side is a 30 second ad before a movie starts as far as I can see.
Otherwise, if you have a VPN and an Android device, it might be worth taking a look.
Added: Oh and it does a minute of Ads every 15 minutes of movie. Not so good. Still, what do you expect for the price.

If any of you are Kodi users (on Android devices) and finding add-ons going down at an alarming rate, it's to do with one well known add-on author being busted.
One alternative, in case you don't know, are native Android apps that perform the same function: Titanium, TeaTV, TVZion to name but three.
If you install the apktime app and install it on your device, you can install these and more using it.

I've noticed over the last few months, as the copyright police run around threatening all the developers with fines, that a lot of links are disappearing from both Kodi and the apk scene.
So I bit the bullet the other day, caved in and bought a Real Debrid account (I think it's 16 euros for six months).
Makes a huge difference to both the quality and number of working links.
If anyone is having problems finding working links, buy a month or something and try it out.
Once you've bought it, all you do in your add-on or apk is add the account, and it will give you a code.
You log into the Real Debrid site with your account, add the device, enter the code and Robert is a male sibling of one of your parents.

Fascists dress in black and go around telling people what to do, whereas priests... more drink!
There will be a new entrant to the IPTV market coming soon.
I've always rated the Amazon 4K Firestick, still comes the cheapest when it's on sale, which seems to be frequently.
Recently Tivo released the Stream4K, a great little $50 dongle that runs Android TV.
And now Google themselves are about to join the fray.
Google's Android TV dongle will probably cost less than a Chromecast Ultra
