    Sound record

    Hi guys,

Do you know any programs that use for record voice or music or something like this? In Windows, there's a program to record though but only 60 seconds limited. It's not enough for me.

    Any suggestions?

    Cheers,
    GoW

    GoW,

Audacity: Free Audio Editor and Recorder

Is freeware that can record from a microphone or soundcard. It can save to a WAV file, but if you want to save to MP3 you have to also load an encoder - 'lame', is the one that I use. The 'Help' tab of the Audacity page will have a link for lame.

windows player - that option can be changed.

    i forget how tho...
I think that you need the Windows Plus Extra Pack for this.
Back off Margaret, you're on a sugar rush!

Cubase is too complicated anyway. You need to be a bloke to understand it.

GoW can stick with the toy software that you recommended, Danny Boy.
