Tonight I have decided to go full on American!
Visited a local butcher and purchased a 16 Ounce prime 30 day matured steak.
I've seasoned it to within an inch of its life wrapped it in clingfilm and left it to flavour in the fridge.
For all the naysayers on here who say I've never eaten a proper steak and have debatable culinary skills,well tonight is the night!
