Grilled lamb and all the sides at a local mom and pop Turkish place close to home. In USD terms, it was 5USD, strong tea included.

^^I like these interesting cuisine platters Manda

Indo selection here featuring 2 types of Martabak. At the back is Martabak Telur, a kind of savoury oemelette folded in side a pancake. On the left is Martabak Manis, a thick sweet pancake with chocolate

Highly recommended Aldi dip at the back. Spicy jalapeno garlic. The savoury Murtabak comes with pickled cucmber as a tart counterpoint.

    Oh
Not good eating in my opinion, just whatever salad you want mixed with their eggs and served in their dish.

They have far more value for their blue blood in medicine.

It's not a lie, Pending me filing an application, and the patent office losing their mind and accepting it .
as far as the "woody" comment is concerned I hope you are referring to the string beans.

Bread for sale in Thailand sucks!
As they say, "Necessity is the mother of invention", so I learned how to make my own.

It is really easy and quick.
Last night I made my dough in the stand mixer. (see vid for instructions)
Simply throw all the ingredients in the stand mixer and let it do it's thing for 10 min. , let it rise for 45 minutes , and then I put it in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning I took it out, deflated and reshaped for , and let it rise for 45 minutes while you heat the oven to 450F with the Dutch Oven in it,
Throw the bread in the hot dutch oven and bake for 45 min.
    Dinner-bread-2-jpg

For lunch I will dip my bread in Olive oil , oregano, and salt, and have it with a side order of Feta cheese, Tomatoes and olives.
Vid of how to mix the ingredients Below.
