Don't spread it!

Decided on a rainy day to cook up a big pot of spaghetti



Cooked up fresh garlic, onions with ground pork, Spicy Italian sausage, aged pepper salami.



Added Contadina tomato sauce, fresh Thai Roma style tomatoes, canned Contadina diced and stewed tomatoes with herbs and let simmer until tomatoes are soft



Added 1/8 a cup or so of Olive oil, fresh ground pepper, bay leaves and ground Italian seasonings



After simmering a bit, added fresh mushrooms and now will let it simmer on low for the entire day turning it on and off to let it rest. Will season to taste tonight and let it rest overnight.
