I got all excited thinking that Cy was going to post his dinner pic. Sadly disappointed.

    ^^Thai food from the market.

Not bad, but not very photogenic I'm afraid.

And well, with food I generally just eat it and sometimes cook it.

^Yeah, jp ya definitely topped me there.

    That looks fantastic.

What a retreat enjoy. But I know with all that great seafood my wife would be saying.... "Perm nam chin pou". Give me more crab dipping sauce.

Chitty, setting the aesthetics and location aside i still think if you hit morrisons at the right time you could turn out a seafood extraveganza for under £10

Cheers for the inspiration and vote if confidence.

Funnily enough I saw some Salmon, haddock, kippers and scallops before.
Could have had a basket full for under a tenner.

Fish that's not frozen or fresh is a step to far for me though.
The octopus however is fare game.

I actually have a couple of sea bass and some tiger prawns in the bottom of the freezer that the ex left behind, I'm at a loss at what to do with them...
    Shalom

Just had a root around and found this lot!

Quite a haul, all frozen though.

What about a spicy Tom Yam goong, fish soup??

Or chuck it all in the bin?

Go for it. But with your cooking you might end up exercising option two anyway.

    Don't give up mate.

All you need is a few sausages, a couple of eggs, some oven chips and a bag of frozen peas and you've got the makings of a great meal there!

That is cheap for that! Couldn't do a meal like that in the states for anywhere close to that.

Actually Snubs I was informed later by my wife that she also got to use some special govt incentive deal going on ( not sure how to spell it) and the 3400 baht total was reduced 900 bht. Total was 2500 bht.

Btw, I am still full this morning...
