With all this talk of Tomahawks, I prepped up a USDA 250 day aged ribeye (No handle).

Did me up a nice tater and some olive oil drizzled Italian spiced carrots on the Q as side dishes

    Perfect Medium.....

The organic steak was good (pictured) the regular steak a bit anemic. You choose your steak via a fridge.

Dunno if they served alcohol or not as I didn’t ask. Appeared To be geared up for a Malay crowd.

Yes, it would be rude to ask the price. Roughly middle priced.

We have a place like that here, I like. Choose your cut from a cold case, and they cook it to order. I think I need to pull some steaks out of the fridge.

When I read this post this morning you put the price in.

    Odd edit.

Wild halibut on plain whole wheat sourdough with a lemon caper sauce on top.

I always keep halibut and bread on hand in the freezer and have this 2 to 3 times a week for a light dinner.

The texture of the delicate fish on the warm sourdough bread make for simple deliciousness.

Yes, it looks like that in the photo.

Though, it taste better than it looks.

It’s like at a restaurant — taking a dinner roll and putting some fish from the main dish on it.

I'm chopping up a couple of Ribeyes tonight to make cottage pie...the anticipation..

    Served with peas or beans?

    That is the conundrum.
