You are lucky, wild salmon is hard to find here, and is very expensive.

    Yummy food there, Buck.
I never think of taking a pic of my food anymore.

No, that’s because you’re totally full of shit about how healthy your lifestyle is.

Sorry for being so blunt, like.

But if you will continually pretend to yourself then you need to be made aware that you’re only fooling yourself.

And who are you to berate anyone about their lifestyle - we've yet had the pleasure of seeing what a magnificent specimen of humanity you are.
You really have become the most tedious piece of shit on here since you've retired to Thailand.

Go on then, share with us what you eat, what exercise you do etc . . . instead of always being the sniping little prick you show yourself to be constantly.

Retirement has made you into Taxexile2

They look like they would be very good, but what are they?
The first looks like some type of bread (beagle?) with something chopped on it, (tomato and basil?)
the second , I ma pretty sure is Salmon with some type of white sauce. (Mauo? Tartar?)
The third, something covered in delicious looking melter cheese. (chicken parmesan ?)
How many did I guess right?

Ps: I just noticed my typo. It is Bagel. not Beagle LOL. Beagles covered tomato an basil would not be very good, unless of course you are in Laos and is having Beagle crapow.

salmon looks good . . . nice bit of 'crisp' on the top.

Another asparagus meal, with scallops this time:

Scallops in butter with lots of garlic, high heat for a minute to seal the meat a bit

. . . add asparagus, goji berry and broccoli . . . not too long

We use goji berries in cereal, hot drinks, stir fries . . . most meals actually. Taste very nice and are healthy.

    Done

    (Better colours this time)

Looks good, but you really should add the scallops last, as they turn to rubber very quickly when overcooked.

I hear what you are saying and you might be right.
personably I like the scallops in butter, so that they caramelize a bit on the surface. I he did what you suggest wouldn't boil them in the juice of the vegetables rather than shear them ? I am not saying that it would, I have never tried it that way, just asking.

It's a special kind of salmon found only in a tiny part of the Bay of Plenty called . . . scallops.

I hear you, but that is for longer cooking - the scallops are simply seared for a short while - this keeps the flavour in nicely . . . thankfully never had a rubbery result, but I do know what you mean. It also depends on the scallops.
