Decided on pizza tonight, one vegan and the other not . . . with two types of cheese and lots of roasted garlic, among other things.

Needless to say thin-crust only.

They look the business. They remind me of the $1 a slice pizzas in New York, which are a great way of saving money even if you never ever spend just a dollar!

But - the best pizza in NZ as far as I'm concerned. Good quality ingredients, good size, excellent dough - chili/spicy grading offered etc etc . . .
