looks great and another favorite of mine that I have not made in a while. After looking at yours I think it is time I make it again.
My Mom use to put a couple of soft boiled eggs (shells removed of course) , by the time it was baked the eggs were hard boiled, and when you sliced the meatloaf you also got a slice of hard boiled egg with it. Even if you don't like egg, it makes for a nice presentation.
I have not done it in a while , next time I do it I will post a picture.
