^^ Yeah, I need one of those. I've been cooking using spray oil for years, but the cans tend to be overpriced.

And yeah, always make a ton of bechamel sauce for lasagne. It's as cheap as chips and you always need more than you think, and often more than the recipe says.

Nothing else to do with the lockdown in place, so cooked up a big meal for the wife and I. Even made whole wheat croutons for the salad.

What did you put on top? I am guessing BBQ sauce because ketchup doesn't look like that when I make it. I would smash that though.

That looks great, meatloaf is something I've never made and wouldn't know where to start, but I must tackle it some time.

The mash looks great, the greens lovely, but is the Meatloaf a little dry?

But I guess Two Out of Three Ain't Bad!

A mix of ketchup, worcestershire sauce and brown sugar.

It is easy. I have not made it in some time, but I think I will give it a go. The butcher that I drive out of the city to makes awesome uncooked meatloaf, sold by the pound.

I would agree, and I think it is the way he topped it.

    Stop it !

    These are difficult times.

Any more mentioning of Bat out of Hell, is just tasteless.

((you should try to make a sauce from the meat loaf juices; second best sauce there is)can't beat fried liver sauce)

Quite possibly the worst Meatloaf in history. This isn't a gee-up, it's highlights of a live show he did at an AFL Grand Final. Viewer and listener discretion is advised.

I've never even tried meatloaf, but I saw it on The Simpsons once.
