^ get in a few ribeye steaks. Would not suggest going for the extra thick ones, as you really need an oven step for those, and that is too much faffing.

You can thank us after you have tried the first one.

Cooking a 4cm is pretty difficult - very easy to over cook the outside and under the inside. And he is using a pan to cook.

Not on a grill it isn't but ya with a pan it may be a good idea to do a reverse sear.

^^ Yeah... so no time for cooking.

I've had to learn to cook, sew, brush and condition long hair and soon to explain some awkward biological questions... since getting married.

    Life ain't easy at times...

But a good steak will come, I'm on to it!

I learned steaks before getting married. I also have a couple on order for Tuesday. (Steaks, not marriages)

Looks more like chops rather than a roast. Or is any meaty meal with spuds gravy and yorkies a "roast"?

I brought a block of Edam along and it lasted 20 mins. All in all lockdown is tolerable here as I live 5 mins away from the river.

Saw the poster on the door a few days ago with that and 3 other gourmet 'western' dishes and wanted to pick one up, none of them were in the 3-4 sevens I've gone into since then. Was it frozen or in the fridge section?

I wonder how many of these they sell in locations without substantial farang populations or if they just target specific stores?
