They say the idle hands are the devil's work shop" and here is the proof
Deviled eggs ,Yolks mixed with mayo, dijon mustard , apple sider vinegar , salt and pepper, sprinkled with smoked paprika
The basil was my wifes idea.
Making them was not hard, but rolling and smocking the Paprika was difficult and left me a little lite headed

The sooner you fall behind, the more time you have to catch up.

^ I was at a family Christmas dinner and one of my brother's parents brought a bunch of those.....

My ex-wife and I walk into the dining room and she compliments the deviled eggs. I'm trying not to embarrass myself or either of my brothers, I have had episodes in the past.

My brother's father in law comments that they are "Angel Eggs, because we don't invoke the devil's name." My future ex-wife is visibly trying not to laugh as I walk in after overhearing the conversation.

I couldn't resist....I said something along the lines of "Wow, that's a nice creamy middle you've got there. I bet that middle tastes just like an angels creamy middle bit would taste."

Of course, the wife burst out laughing....the bitch. My youngest brother informed me that he was disappointed in my behavior. I tried to blame it on my wife as she laughed first but I was held to blame.

Salmon strips tempura, rolled in Panko bread crumbs.

    Simple?

It looks like something out of a Gremlin film. Have you let Chitty into the kitchen?

Looks good to me, what there is of it.

    An Edmond sized portion.

I'd be expecting dessert and scraping off that Northern overindulgent gravy off thy mash.

It looks fine. I just like taking the piss out of Chitty.
