    As for the collagen thing, that's what my wife says as well . . . and she is SG/MY/NZ Chinese, but she eats them because they used to be her mother's favourite when she was still alive - so, whenever we go dim sum/yum cha - chicken feet

    Lemon Chickens and Potatoes,
    Russet potatoes pealed and quartered ,if long cut in half.
    In a bowl the juice of three lemons, two tablespoons of mustard, Salt Pepper, Oregano, a bit of olive oil.
    Mix and brush on Chicken, Pour the rest over the potatoes. Sprinkle Sant and cracked pepper over chicken and potatoes.
    Bake at 350 F for about 1:30 hr

    Fisk Gratäng with skaldjurssås tonight... whatever that may be.

    I've eaten it and I'm still none the wiser.

    Going by the picture on the box I thought it was all inclusive meal with peas included... but it wasn't. I got caught short tonight.

    You can get Heinz beans in Sweden, they have some good food!

    Tomorrow is my first day off in 8 weeks... I'm going to search for a good pie.
